I have had an ongoing issue with sky broadband and landline since the start of September 2024. I have had 2 Openreach engineers out. The last engineer said I needed a new router. I spoke to a representative today as not had internet or phone line all day. I was told I hadn’t told them there was still an issue. Err excuse me but if the engineer said it was a router and I haven’t been sent a replacement, how would the problem be solved. Absolute joke Sky Customer Services.

After falling victim to this online scam, I was at a loss on how to retrieve my stolen funds. I found help by visiting:➡️ email 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝟑𝟖𝟏𝟓@𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥.𝐜𝐨𝐦 through a recommendation and decided to give them a try. From the first contact, their team was responsive and thorough. They explained the process clearly and kept me updated at every step. The investigation was detailed and efficient, leading to the successful collections of the stolen funds with them Their professionalism and expertise are truly commendable. I'm apparently a vip customer yet sky have been charging me for sky cinema which I never asked for and didn't use, when I contacted them they said it was up to me to cancel! I never asked for it in the first place! Sky are rubbish from broadband to mobile and tv, I've had issues with all of them..never again!

I have been a Sky customer for almost 30 years and very loyal to the company with multiple services with them. Just over a year ago I had issues during a telephone call during which I was spoken to very rudely and then cut off. I called back quite upset as I had been basically told I was stupid as I didn’t know how to re connect my broadband, which was a new subscription but we had no service at all. After speaking to another helpful advisor it was confirmed there was little signal in my house despite being assured there was prior to cancelling my broadband with BT. Since then I have gradually cancelled all my services, 3 mobile phones, my broadband and phone line and finally today my TV. On every occasion I struggled to cancel and was initially spoken to rudely or had my call cut off. Today when I called to cancel the final part of my whole subscription the TV. Ten minutes into the call , the help desk worker was still trying to say I couldn’t cancel and I needed to phone at the end of the month for better deals as I was silly to leave after almost 30 years! I politely explained I wanted to leave due to previous issues so he cut me off. I called back and got a very helpful man who apologised and cancelled the subscription in two minutes proving to me that the previous person was either lying or has little knowledge in this area. The different levels of customer service with Sky is shocking and the reason I have cancelled my whole subscription over the last 18 months as allowed for contractual reasons.

I was conned into paying more for a better Wi-Fi connection. Guess what? It’s actually worse! I phoned to complain and was told there was nothing else to be done. Also, I couldn’t get out of my 18 month contract unless I paid a fee. Never going to use Sky again. When my contract expires I will go elsewhere.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Sky Service pay-per-view service. I purchased a one-week subscription with the expectation of being able to view the Sky Sport NBA basketball Olympic games, but I was unable to access any of the footage, including highlights. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, Sky has ignored my emails and refused to acknowledge my situation. I feel that I have been misled and am disappointed with the lack of customer service I have received. I will not be using Sky Service again and would advise others to consider alternative options for pay-per-view services.

I had the worst experience with sky I was was a loyal customer paying all my bills in time I called for home move and I spent 3 months without internet waiting for the engineer to arrive and without any update I had to call time and again and would talk to different people telling you different things the worst part I didn’t have any service yet my they kept on taking direct debit from my account and made a mistake of taking a payment which I was not supposed to pay I got so frustrated to the point of cancelling the service but kept receiving threats to pay an amount for early cancellation fee which I did pay they charged the package without my knowledge causing my family to starve because direct debit was being taken it is a lie that they record cause for monitoring purposes sky is so bad to their customers I have never been stressed with a service provider like I am with Sky. I wish no one will experience what I experienced with Sky because its not fair to treat your customers like that

I signed a contract for Sky Wifi and Sky TV for 18 months at 32€. if i want to change the contract or leave i had to pay a huge penalty. instead after 10 months, i realized they are charging me 43€/month. called them and asked why is there a difference of 11€ and i was told, well we increased the price of SKY TV. i told them but i already have a blocked signed contract for 18 months and its only 11 months and any change in the current contract is subjected to a penality on my side. how can you change the costs and change a running contract. reply was, well its in our terms and conditions (that 300 pager you sign because its humanly impossible to read every word). ill have to pay now increased price for the rest of y contract and will leave SKY and WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK! choose another provider. SKY is not only not transparent, they are not fair and there service is terrible.

Very poor service from Sky. I’ve been a customer of Sky for over 15 years and have been happy in the main, until I go to renew my contract on every occasion! It’s painful! I’ve just gone to try and reduce my Sky package as I’m out of contract now, and as a single parent I needed their help to reduce my payments My package went to £150 per month, and they only saved me £19 per month to keep me as a customer. The agent didn’t care less if she stayed or left. He didn’t offer me any options, so my only option was to cancel everything, including broadband. The number one rule in business is the retention of your customers, especially over acquiring new ones. I’m shocked as it’s clear Sky did not want to keep me as a valued customer. In contrast, the service, and price, I received from Virgin was great (I know it’s because I’m a new customer) Very unhappy and let down by Sky!

Where do I start....decided to move provider of tv/broadband/phone to Sky a couple of weeks ago, my contract start date was Monday 5th of August I was assured that my Internet would be up and running on that day along with the other services as I explained my wife needs an Internet connection on Tuesday at 9 as she had online consultations with patients every day and group consultations I was assured again it would be up and running then. I recieved my Sky puck about a week ago and was just waiting on the sky router to be delivered.Nothing was delivered by the postman on the contracted start day early afternoon, so I phoned and they told me it was coming on Tuesday the 6th August, I was furious after all the promises that it would be up and running on the 5th August. Another promise was giving to me that it would arrive on Tuesday the 6th before 9am.Nothing arrived by 9.30am so I phoned and cancelled the contract and then recieved a message saying it would be Wednesday the 7th Aug. Worst service I have recieved in a long time customer service just lie and give you false promises I would say stay well clear of Sky and pay a bit extra for a decent provider because all Sky care about is making money above any customer.

Incredibly painful cancellation process. The hard sell continues indefinitely even after I had made it very clear I just wanted to cancel. Took over an hour to cancel by chat and I managed to avoid further hard sells by the agent. Would have taken 2 hours if had been caught in that conversation. Agent chat takes 5 minutes to reply to each response. The stream of questions goes on and on with 5min delays in response from the agent. Unacceptable. Maybe they will refund me my hourly consulting rate for the time they wasted.

I honestly cannot believe how sky as a multi billion pound company actively operate. It is beyond disgusting how they deal with their customers and furthermore how they expect customers to deal with problems they create. The fact that they do not have the capability to cancel or re-book Openreach engineer bookings and have to wait 3-days for them to leave the system before they can re-schedule just shows how much of a joke they are. When you have a complaint about Openreach you have to contact Openreach even though sky are the ones who contract the work to them. Disgusting company disgusting outsource to cheap phone centres in low wage EU countries.

Spent an hour ordering Stream. Initially tried to contact SKY Ireland ,diverted elsewhere! Hard to understand the individual I was connected to. Price agreed he said he would ring me back in a minute!1 A day later still waiting. How the Regulator permits this level of customer service is baffling.
