“The dress I ordered looked great on my Daughter. However, I ordered this dress on May 31, 2020 with expedited shipping that was $37.82 which was close to what the dress cost in hopes of receiving it before her senior pictures. I received the package on June 9th and her pictures were June 8th. I am unhappy with the shipping and the fact that she didn't get it in time to wear for pictures. When calling customer service they told me something along the lines of it was a June preorder which I did not know but still with expedited shipping I should have received it way before then. It was not worth paying the money for the dress and shipping.”

“This is the first time, I placed an order and unfortunately I an unsatisfied with the quality of the dress I ordered. I was surprised and expected better quality. I have trouble with the zipper on the dress, the stitching was poor quality, and the sleeves were disporposioned and uneven. I am very unsatisfied with the quality of their merchandise.”

“I am typically a 34-36DD, I generally wear M-L in clothing, so I ordered the XL to be on the safe side I figured it’s easier to get tailored. The dress was huge but the boob part was made for someone with small breast! Then when I went to see if I could return the dresses I bought they only offer store credit! I’m Extremely disappointed that I spent over $70 on the two dresses I bought, I’ll never be able to wear them!”

“I've purchase two dresses, both of which there's an issue. First one it's like the seamstress cut the pattern incorrectly. Second one is 6 inches smaller than it says it is in the description and now I have to pay to return it and I don't get a refund. Customer service is terrible. I haven't received a response and don't have a dress for my wedding in three weeks.”

“While the dress is fine, I specifically ordered this dress for a last minute event. I paid almost $50 to get 2 day shipping. I got the dress in 4 days & Southern Fried Chics said they can’t control delivery after it leaves them. So don’t offer expedited shipping if you can’t deliver. Nothing was refunded to me at all. I will never order anything again.”

“I purchased the Shimmy For Me dress in wine. I LOVED the dress itself, but my whole purpose was to have it in time for my engagement pictures at the time. It was a preorder item, but I ordered it about 3 months in advance thinking I would have it in time-NOPE! I sent multiple messages to the company inquiring about my order. My messages were always responded too, but I felt forgot about since I never received any updates about my purchase. Loved the dress, even though it wasn’t here in time for my engagement pictures. I wore it out to my bachelorette party & moved beautifully on the dance floor. I wish this would communicate with their customers better, it would make the world of difference!”
