“The dress I ordered wasn’t clear that it was preorder so it took 2 months to get here. Upon arrival I was disappointed in the quality and appearance. It looks cheap and the embellishments fall off without even barely touching them. This will be the one and only item I ever order from them.”

“The dresses are great... BUT waiting an entire actual month for an in-stock item to arrive is absurd. Things from China get here quicker than that. The customer service making zero effort to explain or actually check on the shipment was incredibly frustrating. An automated response saying it takes 5-10 business days to pack and ship is ridiculous- especially sending that repeatedly, when it's been over 15 business days. If you can't fulfill orders in a reasonable amount of time, stop advertising so much or hire more people or something. I own 3 small businesses and understand times are crazy, but seriously- fix it. It is extremely unlikely I will ever order from here again. Dress and necklace came several days after the event they were to be worn for.”

“This company has very strange policies. For example no matter which shipping option you chose it will take a week minimum to process. So if you paid the extra for overnight shipping it still won’t get to you for over a week. They only offer a full refund if you send the item back unopened in original packaging within 48hrs but the customer service team won’t get back to in 48hrs to return the product so then you’re stuck with store credit. The dress I order felt like a Halloween costume. Probably won’t purchase from here again.”

“Although the dress we ordered and purchased from you r website was gorgeous and fit my daughter beautifully on her wedding day, I was very very disappointed in the time it took to ship and how it was handled by your customer service department. When we ordered, the dress, it specifically said that it would be shipped to us early October. The $ was taken out of our account right after the order was place and it was ordered on September 15 th. After three weeks of not hearing anything about our order, we called your customer service only to be treated very disrespectfully and not given any clear answers. After numerous calls placed to your customer service, we received our order four days before the wedding. We Will not be ordering from your site again after the experience we had.”

“The clothes are cute and well made as well is the jewelry, but after spending a pretty penny at this boutique I still have yet to receive all of the items I purchased. Customer is nice but takes forever to get back to you and it’s been now over a month since I ordered. I sent countless emails, and now asking for the third time now for a refund on the stuff I never received. To say the least I don’t think I’ll ever shop here again or be sending my girlfriends here either.”

“Both dresses seemed to be so wide in the upper arms. Which in the pictures shown on your sight was not the case. Due to the kind of material i did not feel as if i could safely take it to be taken in. On the black long dress the bust size or chest area was overly generous. Being that i live overseas and it was sent to a APO military box it took awhile to receive my order. Needles to say I am a little let down with my purchase.”

“Return process is terrible! You have to request a shipping form, Pay for your own return shipping, Ship it within 15 days OF ORIGINAL SHIPPING DATE, oh and btw, you can only get store credit that you have to use within 180 days. So basically, only buy one thing at a time because whatever you pay the first time, is what the company gets. No money back, plus pay your own return shipping. Win/win for Southern Fried Chics!!!!”

“My order didn’t fit me correctly and had to return. I did not realize I would only receive store credit upon returning my item and would also have to pay for shipping to return. This is a huge inconvenience, especially when unable to try on clothes otherwise, and basically forces me to order more things (which will hopefully fit!!).”

“Well I am unhappy with the return policy, my bad for not scoping all the logistics out before purchasing super cute clothes Didn’t think I was going to be a problem. I guess I learned my lesson . I am getting married in November and I wanted a cute dress to wear to my bridal shower on September 12. SoI find Souther Fried Chicks. I was obsessed with the website and nearly everything on it! So I bought two of the exact same dresses. i wanted it to fit so bad and I read the review on it which said they run big. So not knowing they ran SUPER big I got a medium and a small. Thinking I’d return whichever one didn’t fit. Once they arrived I tried them on, turns out I need like an extra extra small. So I go back on the website and look for the return policy to find out those lovely three little words (STORE CREDIT ONLY) well me as a bride with my wedding 2 months away start crying because I don’t have an extra $300 just laying around and now my shower is next weekend so even if I could use my store credit toward a different dress it still wouldn’t arrive in time to wear to my shower. I’m just so disappointed because I was so excited to actually get a dress from this company. I don’t shop on line much because I am afraid of scams and strange things you hear that happen to people on the internet. This was a bad experience for me. I wish I could be sitting here writing about how happy I am. I am not a hard person to please I just wanted the dress to fit. All of my friends that helped me chose this dress and who told me about this site we’re waiting for pics of me in the dress. I had to tell them it’s too big and I can’t return them for my money back. I am a manager of a retail store so I get the return policy stuff but at the same time it is unfair to only except store credit. Just put a 15 day money back and after that store credit only. I am just so sad. It makes my stomach ill to know I wasted $300 I will be sending these two dresses back tomorrow. Thanks for listening Ashlee Hill”

“Sizing is a problem!! The medium tops fit great but the dresses are another story! I first ordered a large ( I am usually a size 8) it was way too big, I then exchanged it for a medium and it was too small! The glitter from them are all over my floor not going to return just going to donate them !!”
