The boots are cute. The one sole wasn’t glued down and has a very annoying fold in it. The glitter comes of on everything. They didn’t come in a box. Just folded in half in a bag. Had I paid full price I’d be livid.

The shipping took forever even on items that were NOT pre orders. I had talked to so many people and emailed many times asking why my order hasn’t been shipped. I am still waiting on an order I placed the next day after my first order. Christmas gifts did not arrive when I ordered in October.

Ordered on Sept 7, didn't receive till Dec..Contacking someone was almost impossible. When i got someone (6 times) i was told each time on its way. Mailed one time to a different PO..

Waited 6 weeks for my order just to receive the wrong item. They said to return the item and exchange it for the right one yet they are sold out on their website so I'm just out of luck and either stuck with the wrong item or get money back but no option to get the necklace I originally ordered and waited so long for. No access to printer to print a return label, asked if they could send me one and no response a week later...guess they don't really care to take care of their customers. Really disappointed as the necklace I ordered was the one thing I was really looking forward to and now it's gone, even though I paid for it.

I was not impressed. The shoes were too small and I was unable to exchange because I bought them on sale. The jacket got holes in both pockets the first time I wore it! Also unable to return because I bought on sale. I won’t be ordering again

Clothes are pretty, but the return policy on their items I do not like. The size chart was off. I am a 34 bust, but the shirt I purchased was HUGE. I was unable to return it. And now I am stuck with a blouse I am unable to wear. Trying to sell it, if I can, if I can even get my money out of it. Total waste.

The. No return policy is a bummer. I am a size 8 to 8.5 so.i ordered 8.5 shoes. They're too small so I'm just out my money I guess

Very disappointed. Shoes are not true to size, they are very small. Masks are poorly made, smell like rubber, and the floral one has hardly any of the advertised print and just looks dirty. The Sherpa is ok, quality is cheap but my daughter likes it. Overall, you get what you pay for, $17 shoes I guess I shouldn’t have expected much but I’d have at least liked to have been able to wear them.

It was a great quality dress but it was the worst thing I’ve ever tried on I even ordered a 3x when normally I wear a 2x and it was the shortest thing and super tight I’m only 5’8” so I figured it’d be fine and work out based upon what they say the length is and it was awful and my fiancé’s was just like omg why is it so tight & short.

I find it comical that I keep getting asked to write a review or asked how my experience was. The company knows it was not a good experience. The company knows my review won’t be a good one. I placed a pre order order in october that was to be filled mid November is what I was told. End of November I still had not received my order so I wrote in and ask what to expect. I was told basically they had no clue either and could offer nothing as to when my order would be filled. December I was looking on the website and noticed the order I was waiting for was no longer a preorder and was up for regular sale. I emailed the company and they finally sent out my order the next day. Why does it take me tracking you down twice! To figure out where my order is? It has nothing to do with shopping. I find it pretty disgusting to keep blaming the lack of organizing skills on shipping. This could have been a great company I loved a lot of things on the website however will not buy anything else because I don’t want to deal with the poor management. Fix the organization and stop blaming customers and shipping for your short comings.

I love the products. I hate the shipping. I placed an order November 3 with the expectation that I would have it before Christmas. Just received an email yesterday that half of the order is shipping and may be here by Christmas. Other items still have yet to ship.

Sherpa arrived with a small hole under the arm. Spoke to SFC and I hope they are going to send a replacement. I have not heard back from them as to what they are going to do.

Delivery was stated for November delivery and I did not receive in time for what I needed it for. I called and emailed with no response. The return policy is not great and the sizing is so inconsistent on everything.

The pattern doesn’t match up from the top section of shirt to the bottom. Shirt looks cheaply made other than the SCF tag .

I ordered for granddaughter birthday was Not aware that item was Not on stock I was actually pre ordering for when shop received item wanted a refund so I could purchase elsewhere to assure delivery by correct date they were Not very communicative refused to answer phone only response I received was email stating that they would let me know when item arrived and shipped which they did not do. 👎

Not impressed with the quality of the bracelet I purchased. Said made in China right on the label. That means the mark up for it was probably 400%. Definitely not worth the money.
