I have since received a phone call and invited to return to the Branch this morning 27.07.23 at 9.30 , I met the manager a young lady called Teala , she had my glasses frames examined in the repair department and then offered me a new pair of frames . I have to say Teala has restored my faith in Specsavers , this young women has excellent social skills and a very professional approach to customer care . My new glass frames are perfect. “I went for an eye checkup at Specsavers in Islington and I can say that both the Manager Marcus and the eye specialist, Doctor Sabrina, were amazing!
She was very professional and kind, I received a very detailed and accurate eye check, an OCT, nothing was left behind. Together with all the technological tools at specsavers Islington they deliver a very satisfying customer service. Ask for the Manager Marcus, he is a very professional and skilled advisor. At specsavers Islington they also have a great choice of glasses.

“Seems that they do not know their refund policy. I can see better from my old glasses although the prescription has hardly changed. I know the prescription is correct as I have been going to the same optometrist for years. Everybody I talk to there doesn’t have enough experience to know anything. I was told to wear the glasses that I cannot see from so my eyes will get accustomed to the glasses. They are going in the garbage as I use them for my work computer and am getting headaches and sore eyes. Too much hassle to get it right from a bunch of inexperienced people.”

“Hi my name is Paul, I live in Leicester but have just visited your site in Bethnal Green London as my 85 year old mother in law damaged her glasses, one of your customer service team, Micheala popescu asked if I needed help and I explained the problem, she took the glasses and replaced the missing screw cleaned them and handed them back in no time at all, she was very polite and helpful and when I asked how much she said it’s fine no charge, she did all this whilst being rudely abused by another customer, for no reason that I could see, and I’d just like to say how refreshing to meet someone who is conscientious about her job and she is a credit to you, so thanks again Micheala and have a very merry Christmas!”
