“this is there first time using sport direct website. I order t-shirts from this website and delivery process is terrible. they email to say it out for delivery and once it out and the delivery company did one attempt to try to deliver and parcel is sent back to sender even thou I was home waiting for the parcel. the most annoying part of this website you can't contact sport direct directly to find out about your order.”

“Since lockdown used a few times all good apart from once and then found it impossible to email or talk to anyone despite taking my near on £70 fuming honest and still waiting over two weeks later for replies on the laughable forums I did manage to get in touch with you supposedly!!!”

“I am deeply unsatisfied with Sports Direct. They delivered the wrong size, I have contacted them twice and they have failed to respond. So, I am lumbered with an unwanted (and not ordered item), paid the bill and now have to take legal steps to resolve the matter. Complete failure on their part. Very bad indeed.”

“Great service! I recently ordered some sports shoes from sports direct. Unfortunately they weren’t quite the right fit so I had to return them. The return was hassle free and my returned items were refunded extremely promptly. I would definitely order from them again!”

“I bought a bike from sports direct but the delivery was terrible I got a delivery date and time from hermes then I got email from hermes saying they had tried to deliver my parcel which was a lie as there was 3 people in the house all day so I then got another delivery day so when my bike got delivered on this attempt hermes sent me an email saying it had been left at my front door but the door in the picture was not my front door so I contacted sports direct to let them know about this but I have still not heard anything back yet”

“This is really sad at the time of the pandemic, we are being charged £5 for delivery in local areas and if we are returning any item we are again charges with £3 or plus. This is too much to pay and bad marketing.”

“Useless company, you take orders, confirm them and then I get a message saying out of stock a day before delivery. It was a birthday present. Then on the orders you do deliver late you ask for a positive review.”
