“Awful customer service from start to finish... Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Ordered my items on 8th February and paid for delivery in 3-5 working days. Waited over a week before I got in touch with customer service. When they finally responded that my items had been lost in transit it had been over 9 days later. I then had to chase for a response from their Customer service team 5 times to find out what was happening with my order. Was told by the customer service advisor that she was just back from a few days off, hence the slow response. I enquired that I should at least receive a refund for the delivery charge of £5 but that I still wanted my items. No concession of the delivery charge even though I hadn’t received my order in the 3-5 working days I had paid for. The excuse was I would still receive my items eventually so no need to refund the delivery charge. Finally received my items 19 days late.”

“I think sports Direct should change their courier their present courier leaves a lot to be desired. If and when I receive my order I will not be ordering again from sports Direct until they improve their delivery service. A very disappointed customer.”

“The service and delivery from this company is excellent. I received my Adidas running shoes the very next day (on standard delivery) and my trainers were the correct size and in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend Sports Direct and will be ordering from them again. From a happy customer 😊”

“Item was too small and disgusted to find, that after paying £4.99 for delivery, that I also have to pay for the return and that because I bought online I can't return to store. Will not be using Sports Direct online again.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of jeans and initially was pleased with how cheap they were but now i know why. My parner put the jeans on and within 2 hours the button had fell off the 1 pair. I had to pay delivery for the items and i now have to pay postage for them to be sent back and postage for them to be re sent to me. The stuff appears good value but its cheap and poorly made. Your better off using quality stores like JD.”

“Still waiting for my order, 8 days and counting! Told courier has it. Couriers site says 'we've got it'. However, it also says if you don't receive your parcel within 7days to contact sender who will pursue parcel!!!Sportsdirect don't appear to want to know and courier says they hadn't got it. I would like a FULL refund. You have to pay 4.99 for a parcel that you can send for 2.95 yourself and you still don't get it. Not happy with the experience”

“The items I received were good quality and price, however, I ordered 2 hoodies as they were on offer together only to have an email saying one was no longer in stock and won’t be sent - I quickly emailed back asking for any other size but received a generic email about their policies, and that I would be reimbursed. I have not been reimbursed.”
