“The goods very good After paying for all my items a received an email saying a pair of trainers were out of stock which was a bummer as had I known before I paid i would of chosen another pair and save on postage- they need to implement I'm stock or out of stock before the customer payes- that way the customer will be happy. But overall a good experience”

“Second time ordering from SportsDirect during lockdown. Same problem than the first time. I’ve paid for next day delivery and it took 6 days to get the parcel with me. Awful service. When you try to contact with them, I don’t know if they really check anything or just send to you a predefined message. The items are perfect, it’s a pity they don’t improve their delivery skills. The parcel, showed at hermes website, haven’t been picked up for days...”

“The stand was broken in the box. The dumbbells were scratched and dirty. Wear and care was so high it made me question whether they had been used. Awful, please don’t made the mistake of buying this like I did!!”

“Bought a Adidas jogging suit and some trainers and they delivered the track suit with out the bottoms . It took them 5 Days to come up with a solution and there solution wasnt great . The whole process from start to finish was atrocious , I had a customer care representative contact me by email 3 days late .At the beginning of the email they didn't even offer me half my money back then one of the representatives sports direct told me that there was going to shut my claim down regarding getting my jogging bottoms. The next day later I received another email from another presenter and he offered me half the money back I excepted his offer and that was the end of that..”
