“Excellent service, was delivered earlier than they said it would.”

“Paid for next day delivery and received items 4 days later. Of the 5 items that I ordered 3 of them had been previously opened/ used/ returned and their packaging shoddily put back together. One item out of 5 was damaged and needs to be returned. Contacting Sports Direct for information is very difficult. I received an email 2 days after sending one which didn’t resolve my issue. No refund will be given to me even though I paid £8 for next day delivery and didn’t receive my goods in this time frame. Tracking information for my items was sent out 24hrs after my items had been delivered. 3 emails later I still have not resolved the return of my fault goods. Really poor service in an age where it really cannot afford to be.”

“The order I received to what i ordered was completely wrong. I ordered a Manchester United football shirt with no names or numbers on but what was sent to me was a printed shirt (most likely a return or deficient) with a random name on the back. This is totally unacceptable”

“Could not change order within a minute of seeing the confirmation shoe size was wrong. Had to pay postage o return as well as delivery. I always knew this company was poor, every couple of years I give them another go and they never cease to find new lows in customer service.”

“Zeer goed vond alleen de wn direct site om pakket te traceren. Lastig omdst je in een vreemde taal eerst wat krijgt te zien. Blijkt dus dat je gewoon naar beneden moet scrollen. Verder zeer tevreden”

“I ordered a pair of trainers and also walking boots both for my normal size. They were way too small. I ordered size 10 and although they were size 44/45 they were probably size 8. It cost me £10 for delivery and return so it was £10 for which I have nothing. Will not use this company for online ordering again.”
