“Great choice. Bought walking boots and they were too small. Had to return and exchange at my own cost. The replacements were too wide, again returned at my own cost. Almost £12 spent and haven’t found the right boots for me. If returns were free I would have tried a further pair. I realise it would be better to wait until I can visit the store.”

“Half of what I ordered never arrived, the tracking information said it was out for delivery and then next time it updated it said it was being returned to sender, which it has been stuck on for a week. The customer service department said it was most likely due to damage but this has not been confirmed, after a week they still have not got the parcel back and I have had no refund.”
