“Item ordered and paid for- with next day delivery. 7 days later still no delivery; their customer service team is investigating. Possibly a fault with the courier service Hermes but I don’t expect to wait this long for an update, particularly as I needed the item quickly, hence paying £8 for next day service.”

“Delivery was good but Karrimor boots were too small far too small for indicated size. Returned at my cost. Would not buy boots online again with the uncertainty of size and having to cover return costs.”

“I ordered a pair of Nike trainers in size 10.5 uk only to receive 10.5 US Size which is 9.5 in uk and paid 7.99 next day delivery. Contacted sports direct and they were not very professional will never be buying from sports direct again.”

“It has been several days I made an order and till date, I have not received part of my order. I was told that Most of my order Is now out of stock and had to pay full shipment for just a few items as a student, that is a big Loss. I also paid for the return of the item I bought that was Smaller than me. It is just a very bad experience for someone new in the UK. It is also sad that the company has no number to call to address customer’s challenges. I have made a mental note not to ever shop in Sports Direct again and will advise all my friends to avoid it too. It is quite stressful to shop from here.”
