“I am deeply unsatisfied with Sports Direct. They delivered the wrong size, I have contacted them twice and they have failed to respond. So, I am lumbered with an unwanted (and not ordered item), paid the bill and now have to take legal steps to resolve the matter. Complete failure on their part. Very bad indeed.”

“Great service! I recently ordered some sports shoes from sports direct. Unfortunately they weren’t quite the right fit so I had to return them. The return was hassle free and my returned items were refunded extremely promptly. I would definitely order from them again!”

“I bought a bike from sports direct but the delivery was terrible I got a delivery date and time from hermes then I got email from hermes saying they had tried to deliver my parcel which was a lie as there was 3 people in the house all day so I then got another delivery day so when my bike got delivered on this attempt hermes sent me an email saying it had been left at my front door but the door in the picture was not my front door so I contacted sports direct to let them know about this but I have still not heard anything back yet”

“This is really sad at the time of the pandemic, we are being charged £5 for delivery in local areas and if we are returning any item we are again charges with £3 or plus. This is too much to pay and bad marketing.”

“Useless company, you take orders, confirm them and then I get a message saying out of stock a day before delivery. It was a birthday present. Then on the orders you do deliver late you ask for a positive review.”

“Both tracksuit bottoms didn't lasted few hours, due to the faulty thread in the middle part. Had to correct it myself. I have one more pair like that, bought half a year ago and never had such problem. I can't even swap them back as I need them for the army training booked next week. This entire covid-type shopping prevents from checking clothes before buying, so I hope your shop will open soon. P.S. You should think about selling DIY for half the price, as I have to do the job myself anyway ;)”
