“I placed an order online. Two days later I received an email saying it had been sent by xpd and was given a tracking number. And it would be with me any day. After 4 days I used the tracking number and xpd said there was no item with this number. So then emailed sports direct who said it hadn't been sent actually, it was ready to be picked up and since there were pick ups every day it should be with me any day. After 8 days and several more emails its still ready to be picked up, and they have pick ups every day so it should be with me any day. There is no helpline number, no way to find out what's going on. Xpd wont answer questions about individual packages, they say to ask sports direct who seem to actively ignore you.”

“Absolutely shocking. Chat staff rude and dismissive. I asked for a manager to contact me. None did despite the promise. Contact form repeatedly said order code incorrect despite being copied and pasted from order. I emailed CEO heard nothing I have shoes which are not true to size and despite having paid for postage, I am then expected to pay for postage to return/exchange them despite the fault not being mine. Call centre closed. Very stressful”

“If you order from EU branches like sportsdirect.si, goods will be shipped from UK, you will need to pay import taxes. Sportsdirect should at least on EU branches post notification from where goods will be shipped, that customer can be aware about import taxes.”

“Poor, courier couldn't deliver my parcel even though it was in a high street and Sports direct keep trying to close down my complaint when i haven't received items or refund. their response is there is nothing more they can do so i have no items and i'm out of pocket £145.00!!! avoid!!”
