“Easy to order and confirmed quickly. The only issue is that once an order is placed, it cannot be amended. In my case, an ordered item came back as out of stock and I was not able to substitute”

“Despite paying for next day delivery over a week ago, my order has still not arrived. Customer service kept sending my an automated reply each time I emailed and it’s very frustrating not being able to phone and speak to someone. I have had a response on Facebook telling me that my order has been lost and will be resent. So far no notification telling me that my order has been dispatched. Sports direct have now had over £100 of my money for over a week. Will not be ordering again from you in a hurry.”

“Bad experience, first and last time I will shop with you online, after paying for returning items ordered that did not fit my son, I emailed you to get an alternative in different colour as the colour we first ordered is out of stock, I got I reply stating that you cannot do that and you will refund me and I need to make another purchase where I have to pay again for the delivery. I have shopped with you in store many times but never online, I will suggest to make the online experience better. Thank you”

“Ordered Adidas shoes 42 2/3. The sticker on the box was ok so I wore them a few times. They felt too tight. So finally I checked inside the shoes. It was size 42. Too bad they are all dirty now and I can’t return them anymore. Their fault bad labeling + my fault not to check better /sooner”
