“Extremely expensive delivery. After placing the order one of the shoe have been cancelled. It returns to small shoes and I need it to be returned and surprise even for returns you have to pay for delivery.It cost me in total 12 pounds only delivery. They are ripping off the customers especially during lockdown when all the shops are closed and there is no way to buy school shoe for children. This was my first and last time when I ordered from sport direct.”

“In the last month I have made two online purchases with Sports direct. Your website was easily navigable for both items with the filters particularly useful. Both items were due to arrive with about seven days but both arrived with three. This was unexpected but gratefully received.”

“Ordered a shirt for my son, selected the right size on the web site, sent an email of the order stating it was the wrong size! Emailed the company to change the size before order sent out, you stated unable to change the order or cancel the order even though order hadn’t been dispatched, had to immediately return the item costing me nearly £10 in postage coat, will never order online with your company again”
