“Ordered Adidas shoes 42 2/3. The sticker on the box was ok so I wore them a few times. They felt too tight. So finally I checked inside the shoes. It was size 42. Too bad they are all dirty now and I can’t return them anymore. Their fault bad labeling + my fault not to check better /sooner”

“Placed my order on 12th January and finally received it on 27th February after contacting Sports Dkrect on several occasion. The customer service was appalling, promising a resolution and not getting it. Finally posted on Facebook and got a resolution. No compensation offered or provided. Will never order from Soorts Direct online again.”

“Received shoes very quickly ..however they were not suitable so tried to return them via receiving agent Hermes via local shop...to be informed I could not do this as there is no code...suggested I send for QR code.. emailed sports direct via their site..still waiting for reply ..useless..so took items to post office at 2nd class return fee of £3.80 (first class was £5.99).......still not heard anything..get your act together sports direct...there should be free returns.....”

“Goods I ordered were delivered in perfect condition & well ahead of schedule. The couriers kept me fully aware of delivery times on the day of delivery & were spot on. I will definitely use Sports Direct again whenever I require other sport related items.”

“Disgraceful customer service… Sports direct in itself is offering the most basic to none customer service, orders are being cancelled even though they are up to buy on website, actually happened two times with two different boots that as soon as I ordered them they’ve been canceled and i’m left with the delivery to pay regardless! When you write a complaint or question on the website is doesn’t matter how hard you try to explain the problem, no one is reading your email as you will receive an automated response to every single potential problem you might have. Since i’m still not getting response from them, i’ll circle the whole web to inform people and prevent them from having an awful experience with Sports Direct. Thanks for nothing!”
