“The packaging that my order came in was battered and not sealed correctly wasn’t processed properly at all. My dumbbells had chips in the metallic black covering and covered the contents of the box in it. Also my shoes didn’t fit well at all. Plus £9.99 for delivery just because it was over a certain kg that’s stupid I paid over £100 was like £149.99 and I still had to get delivery charges that’s pathetic should be free on orders over so much and should only have to pay a smaller increment for kg difference not £9.99 on top, abysmal.”

“Most of the items received were good but unfortunately one item sent was completely wrong and looked like returns as they were not as described, packaged and the wrong size from a completely different set of kids boxers. Other than that the delivery took longer than expected. The rest of the order was great and no problems at all.”

“I have patronised you in the past without any problem. It is rather unfortunate that one out of your lovely mugs l purchased recently got broken in transit. I placed an order for 6 but got only 5 in good condition. One of the two wrapped up in see through nylon was broken before reaching me. I would appreciate it if you can send me another one and ask the person doing delivery to collect the broken one back please. Many thanks.”

“O número que pedi é um pouco pequeno, eu calço normalmente o 39 em sapatos normais e 40 em ténis que foi o número que encomendei. Deveria ter encomendado o 40,5. A entrega demorou uma semana sensivelmente.”
