“I ordered 6 items and your confirmation email had 2 of one item listed when I only ordered one of them. Within seconds of ordering i messaged your customer service to say remove one item. I was told it's too late to do that. Really? Even a speedy picking of items wouldn't have begun to sort my order. Has put me off Sports direct.”

“Delivery is super fast and efficient. But was very disappointed the track bottoms were in X large, definitely did not press XL, as only a 32 - 34 waist. A size X l was sent. Very disappointed in this.”

“The packaging that my order came in was battered and not sealed correctly wasn’t processed properly at all. My dumbbells had chips in the metallic black covering and covered the contents of the box in it. Also my shoes didn’t fit well at all. Plus £9.99 for delivery just because it was over a certain kg that’s stupid I paid over £100 was like £149.99 and I still had to get delivery charges that’s pathetic should be free on orders over so much and should only have to pay a smaller increment for kg difference not £9.99 on top, abysmal.”

“Most of the items received were good but unfortunately one item sent was completely wrong and looked like returns as they were not as described, packaged and the wrong size from a completely different set of kids boxers. Other than that the delivery took longer than expected. The rest of the order was great and no problems at all.”
