“Ordering process was simple and easy to use and my order arrived on time. I ordered different sizes of walking boots but soon discovered that returns can’t be processed in store and a prepaid returns label was not provided which puts me off ordering in the future!! (As you can imagine, walking boots aren’t light and it cost a lot to return). The items that I kept became faulty during a hiking trip which is inconvenient when you’re at the peak of your hike! A little disappointed”

“I wasn't expecting delivery until a week later. Came on Friday 25/5 wasn't in. Rescheduled with the driver for the following Monday. Came at 10.30am on that day. Very pleased. very good speedy service. Will be buying from Sports Direct again in the future. Thanks Richard”

“I am not really impressed. I wanted some ladies high tops. Went to the store only to be told they don’t stock them. I bought my last two pairs for that store, why do they no longer stock them, it’s not like they’ve gone out of fashion. I pointed out they have them online and was told I should order online then and that I could click and collect. Only two things wrong with that scenario. Firstly, that would mean another trip to the store to collect them and secondly, whether I have them delivered to my home or click and collect, I still have to pay £4.99 postage. Why the heck would anyone click and collect in the first place, I though the whole idea of that was to save postage. On the plus side, they did arrive promptly but next time I will shop elsewhere.”
