“Track Suit ordered -Joggy bottoms didnt turn up. Have told sports direct and sent a photo of the delivery package being delivered as requested. Now to send a photo of what did arrive and the postage parcel as requested.....still waiting to hear. Really poor service.”

“Hi, My query still has not been resolved. I had a missing item ie water proof jacket, this is still outstanding. I asked for the matching trousers as they are very big for its described size - no resolutions there. I asked to order canvas shoes when my jacket is despatched - this i was told cant do; i dont understand that if you will eventually be sending my missing item... not sure where we are with this. Received a mug - which i did not request!”

“Fast delivery, only problem was I needed a smaller size so had to return it for a refund. Not going to order smaller size, had to pay return delivery and original delivery, so Don’t want to pay another delivery charge.”
