“After ordering £80+ worth of clothing from you, I received a different pair of leggings that I didn’t order. When questioned you said “styles may vary and to post back” I explained that had I not already paid £5 for postage I may have considered this. I have two children (also explained this) and didn’t want to make a trip to post office during lockdown. Why have the option of design and size for leggings if you just send something else?! Disappointed.”

“I ordered some walking boots, both size 8. A size larger than I wear. But they fitted the same as a size 7. So had to send them back. I paid £4.99 postage to get them and then found I had to pay over £6 to return them. I will not be using Sports Direct again as I feel I've wasted over £10 in postage. Very disappointed.”

“Terrible customer service, it's been over a month and I still haven't been properly refunded for items returned. My communications have either been ignored or the response has not addressed the issue. A dialogue is impossible as each time I have to put in yet another ticket, i.e. start all over again with someone else. Not worth the hassle, will shop elsewhere next time.”

“I received my order. Upon inspection of this there was a burn mark on the sleeve and all dirty marks on the top. This was purchased as a birthday present. I contacted via email about how I go about returning the damaged item, didn't receive a reply. Contacted via Facebook. Was asked to send images of damage, so I did. Was told they couldn't see the marks. So I highlighted these, to be told again that they couldn't see any marks and for me to return for this to be inspected. Asked for a free return label was told I would have to pay for the return for this to be inspected. Asked if my return postage and original postage would be refunded, was told this will be considered upon inspection. Explained that this was a birthday present and if there was no damage I would not be going through all of this. Never know customer service like this. Especially for a product that is clearly so badly damaged.”
