“I have still not received the jacket. I cannot log in my account. It won't accept my email or password and just keeps saying unable to connect at the moment. This has been happening since I ordered and paid for the coat. I wish I had never ordered it or opened an account with you”

“Not happy as the one item I really needed was not available and I only received email after placing and paying for the order - had ordered other items to make the postage fee worthwhile but didn't really need them - ver disappointed overall”

“I was sent the wrong shoes, I ordered mules but received the slip on version instead. The postage x3 would have cost more than the shoes as SD do not pay for that.”

“Was very easy to place order online. The items arrived very quickly within a couple of days. The items were on offer which made them good value for money. I’m very pleased with the items, but ordered two pairs of trousers the same size, but one pair is definitely bigger than the other, so sizing can vary within the same product.”

“I have ordered men’s trainers in size 8.5 but when I got my order the adidas box was damage and the trainers was wrong size. I sended back but I paided the postage because of sport direct fault. I am very disappointed about this order. I will never order from sport direct again”

“Sorry to write this But I ordered a pair of Gelert Horizon Pant size 10s and they were too big,too long and too baggy ! I then had to PAY for them to be returned !! What a waste of nearly £10 on postage and packing! Will I order anything else ? NO !!!”
