“No way my boots were a true size ? They arrived and when opening them they looked like they had been returned before? £5 to deliver them then I had to pay £5 to return!! Will not order of you again”

“Very disappointed in the customer service I have received. I drafted long emails to yourselves with great detail of the refund issues I had as I was missing £10.99 and you replied with a alternated email which didn't cover my query at all. Very disappointed!”

“Poor Service. Paid for next day delivery arrived on time. Shoes however were wrong size and needed to return for exchange. Despite a statement on the SD website that adidas products came with a prepaid returns label, I was asked to pay the return postage. My complaint has been “referred to the correct department” and have heard nothing since. I have returned the shoes for refund and have purchased direct from the manufacturer at a better overall price. Won’t be using SD again.”

“I ordered some track suit bottoms, they where to big and did not look anything like the picture and material was like rain where. No return slip so had to print one off and pay. I buy a lot off internet and all perfect in the past, plus had to pay for postage not good. As most companies have no charges on returning or charge £1,00 Ray heath”
