“Shopping with Sports Direct easy and efficient. Delivery pathetic. DHL have had the package in their (very small) Guernsey depot since Monday 25.1 and at close of business today 28.1 it's still there!”

“I know things are tough given the current circumstances, but your communication has been terrible. You took my money, refunded my money, took my money... I had no idea what was happening. I then receive 2 emails stating delays in receiving my goods (not an issue, I work in logistics and understand). Then I receive a text from a company I've never heard of asking me to click a link and schedule delivery for 'goods' without any communication from yourselves that my item was now in and ready for delivery! As I say, I know things are difficult but as someone who deals with Customers all the time, I really do think you need to work on your Customer Service skills.”

“Great products and delivery time was excellent. I do feel delivery is too expensive though especially when spending £60+, most companies offer free delivery when spending this amount. Could have also done without the free oversized mug when I’m trying to declutter!!”

“Items ordered cost £8 to be delivered the next day by DPD but we're actually delivered 2 days later by Hermes. After infuriating emails with automated customer service, I was offered £3 as a maximum 'Good will gesture'. Wait for their shops to reopen or avoid like the plague”

“The gloves I ordered are quite nice however, they contain leather. The material was not listed on the website prior to making my purchase. If I had known it contained leather, I would not have made the purchase.”

“Hi All, I have been a customer for many years and have alway recommended the company. Last week I bought a pair of walking boots after looking at the reviews about the boots. Two of the reviews stated that the boots were waterproof which you would expect. The boots are not fit for purpose THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT WATERPROOF!!!”
