“NEVER AGAIN Goods went missing. Terrible trouble contacting customer services. When I did contact them to say no goods received and no notification of an order number I asked for a refund. ( it was only receipt of my bank statement that alerted me to the fact the order had been processed and £10.99 had been debited on 01/01/21) Customer service located my parcel and sent it anyway! Dispite me saying they were too lsre( it arrived 30 days after ordering) Parcel dumped outside in torrential rain and it was going to the garage that I noticed it. Then I discovered I would have to pay to return it when I no longer wanted it. Your customer services sent a written code for me to print to return but I didn’t have a printer and quite’ honestly was at the end of my tether!! I only wanted my money back which I feel due to terrible service I was more than entitled to!! Am now out of patience and conclude Sports Direct need £10.99 much more than I do!!! In fact if I could give zero stars I would!!!”
