“When my parcel arrived they changed the delivery time at the last minute so no one was in. Instead of dropping it at the neighbours they dumped it in my garden while it was raining. The parcel then had a item missing which I couldn’t get in touch with sports direct and I was just going round in circles. I then went to sports direct store and they rung them up to sort it out. It’s not straight forward and not good if something missing as they don’t give clear instructions of who to ring. Also they tried to say it all got delivered successfully.”

“Bought a tip stains on it not in original packet it was in a giffy / zip lock bag Tryd to contact but the automated system as poor as can be and it wanted me to pay postage buy elsewhere”

“I ordered trainers and was happy to pay delivery. My shoes size is always a 6.5 to 7!so I ordered a 7 and they were too big, I then had to pay to return the trainers again another £5. I ordered a 6.5 and when they arrived they are still too big I am quite annoyed as will have to pay another £5 to return them, I did go into my local store but they said I can only get a credit note and they didn’t have the sizes for me to try on,.this would put me off ordering again as this has cost me £10 and I still have no trainers. I am going to another shop where I can try them on or get free returns. I gave 2 stars because I liked the trainers and if they had fitted all would have been well. You shouldn’t have to pay for returns or should be able to return free via a store. I also believe these shoes have been worn.”

“Parcel arrived in good time. However, I have had to return the trainers. I had put in the search for wide fit trainers and the ones that arrived were too narrow, so the velcro would not catch.”

“I first visited the shop in Trowbridge Shires shopping mall, and was served by a very helpful young man (whose name I didn't get, sadly), who showed me the selection of Crocs and Tuna, but they were too wide for me, so I tried the Karrimor Antibes sandals which were perfect but none in beige in my size were in stock. Later I found these online and ordered them, knowing they fit well and the removable back strap was what I wanted. They arrived very quickly and have been very comfortable. So I am very pleased with the service I have received from Sports Direct, although I did find the website a little difficult to navigate at first..”

“You didn’t have an item that I ordered that was on promotion so I asked to cancel my order but was told unable to amend order even though it wasn’t me that was amending the order it was sports direct! I got the email saying product not available and straight after the email saying order on the way! Also I never would have paid £4.99 delivery if I new all items weren’t available. I also ordered a size 2-3 rubber ring for my child and it no where near fits him and he’s a skinny child it doesn’t even fit my baby! But it would cost me more than the item to return and I’m unable to return in store so not very impressed at all! Will not shop here again!”

“Really poor service....paid for next day delivery and two weeks later still waiting. After following up a few days after the order apparently the courier had ‘lost’ the order and I can’t get a refund until an investigation is undertaken. Terrible customer service.... no delivery no refund and it’s nothing to do with me.”
