“Received wrong product and it took two weeks and five emails back and forth to return wrong item only to be told what I ordered is now out-of-stock. When I checked the website I could see item was still in-stock so reordered but had pay another set of carriage charge. Customer service is possibly outsourced to India who really don't care.”

“Delivery is so expensive and one of my items also arrived covered in dirt and stained as if it had been on the floor and stood on. The hassle I’ve had in the past with the customer service team meant I couldn’t even be bothered to return. I won’t be buying again from them”

“Customer Service and returns policy is appalling throughout the SD chain. If you must purchase from this unethical store, 1. Pay via credit card 2. If a return and refund is not forthcoming, get the store manager to explain why on the back of the purchase receipt also stating the name of the manager, 3. Request a refund dispute with your credit card company and let them deal with SD on your behalf. This shocking policy needs to change.”
