“2 piece outfit arrived missing 1 piece and when querying I was told company policy was a 40% refund. Made no sense for 50% of an outfit. Took numerous emails and threats of taking it further before eventually having it resolved.”

“Ordered two items as not sure if size. I drove to shirrbrook to return size not needed to be told only exchange or credit note and return by post if refund needed. On returning home to sort return by post to realise I post back to shirebrook. Don’t believe good customer service here and why you can’t get a refund in store.”

“No problem with product but didn’t fit. Had to pay postage again to return so took to store instead to return . Only refunded cost of product (store voucher not the money) so lost the money for postage I had originally paid for. Not happy!!”
