“Did not receive my order they said it was lost in the system when I asked for a replacement they said they where out of stock and did not offer a alternative, they are going to refund my money. But I felt they could have sent me a voucher for my trouble.”

“Great value and choice. Prompt delivery. A couple of issues though with the click and collect system. Given the charge is exactly the same as home delivery it does seem to be a lost opportunity to attract shoppers into stores. Also if an item is not available for c&c the website gives no indication as to which it is so you have to remove items individually in turn in a process of elimination. Very odd.”

“Hi guys. Delivery cost £5 I takes you 5 days to do so. Another thing is return have to pay £5 to return product😳😳😳 most of companies send pre payed label to return. So disappointed”

“Hello, I did not receive the package despite the delivery man "LA POSTE COLISSIMO" told me by email that he had delivered it to my address: 21 rue Saint-Michel 62000 ARRAS. The delivery service declares to have deposited the package in my mailbox on May 15, 2021. But nothing was present in my mailbox. I have opened a complaint file with the Post Office, I ask you to do the same with your delivery service. Thank you in advance. Wilfried Caubet”

“I have been very confused by the differences in sizing between garments made in Cambodia and garments made in Indonesia. The details on the garments differ also. I think you should have a standard size and standard colour scheme for each garment. I refer in particular to girls logo sports tops. And WHY do some have a seem right down the middle while others do not?”
