Hi, Review not good. Ordered 2 swimming hats only one came and no one has followed up on my email to chase it? It’s now nearly a week and I’ve not had any progress.

Paid for delivery, delivery was late as order was a gift , complained to customer services but they haven’t a clue Email from them stating delivery was made . Asked for refund for delivery not mentioned or offered extremely disappointing poor customer service Never going to order from this company ever again

I ordered some £180 pounds puma boots and what arrived were some cheap £30 uncomfortable boots that were supposedly £180! Aww and they were the wrong colour also.

Applying sorting and filtering after pulling the full result set is slow and wasteful. Somehow the prices stated within the original dataset are occasionally different when a product is viewed. Six marketing emails a day is excessive. Prices and actual service are good though.

Initially went into the Exmouth shop to buy a particular pair of Asic trainers. Served by a very helpful lad but they did not have my size instore. I was advised to look online and see if they had them which they did in several colours. Chose the colour I wanted ordered them. Delivery was 4.99 which was going to take about a week but for a extra 2.99 I could have next day delivery. They arrived via DPD the next day and he left them in my safe place after I received a message to say when they were going to arrive. No problems what so ever.

Very good service plus free cup only criticism the actual product a rucksack not very well made. We'll see how long the zips last

It's been over a month and I still didn't receive my order for nearly 400 Euros. It's been returned from the custom back to the Sports Direct and no one bothers to contact me as to what's going to happen further. I've emailed couple of times, no response whatsoever.

Absolutely worst purchasing experience ever. Complete lack of service and professionalism. Do not take responsibility. Never let this company deliver, especially outside UK. Completely deny responsibility for their actions. Make it almost impossible to communicate. The worst ever!

I wouldn't even want to leave 1 star if I could, worst customer service I've received to date I wouldn't even want to leave 1 star if I could. If your order arrives with everything that you asked for then you'll be okay - if you have to speak to customer services or the complaints team, god help you. The worst service even after the complaints team took over that I have ever received. Multiple conversations closed on me after ignoring multiple questions, because they couldn't give a timeframe to fix the problem they had caused (wouldn't even give me a rough timeframe, as I had explained multiple times that I had ordered for a specific event and needed more information so I knew what to do on whether to order again/elsewhere etc) - I asked this question and received "as you haven't replied for a while, I will close the conversation" multiple times after I asked about the timeframe or for an update, which wasn't even acknowledged by the complaints team. So if they make a mistake, you ask for an update or just to find out what's happening you won't receive an apology, an update or a time frame, they'll just respond "we will investigate" and then they'll close the conversation on you, multiple times without answering or acknowledging anything. If any of you are unsure on this please feel free to get in touch with me and I'll happily show you the screenshots of this.
