“Ordering and timely receiving of goods were great, unfortunately 1 of my two branded items was sent incorrectly (with the wrong football emblem on) . The invoice stated it was the correct one but who ever packed the goods obviously did not check. I know i could have returned the item but it was not really worth the hassle to be honest. Apart from that all good.”

“Terrible service ordered next day delivery and it took a week to arrive and whenever i sent emails or tried to use the chat service to ask where my order is i got no response. Then when I finally got a response asking for a refund of my extra delivery charge they refused and instead tried to give me a free next day delivery code next time I order which is pointless as I won’t be ordering again.”

“My trainers where delivered next day as promised but unfortunately where in the wrong size which could of been either my mistake or these, but I filled in the exchange paperwork as asked posted them back and the correct size was delivered within 3 days so all in all a great service”

“Excellent service. Ordered walking shoes and they were delivered within 3 working days. Delivery updates received so I knew the time frame and when they'd been delivered. The walking shoes are really good especially for the price. Absolutely no problems”

“I received my order quickly and in two bags. Was disappointed to discover two items I ordered were listed on the despatch note but were missing. Have sent an email to sports direct to ask were are my items and have not even received an email back to confirm my complaint is being looked at !!”
