“Excellent service. Ordered walking shoes and they were delivered within 3 working days. Delivery updates received so I knew the time frame and when they'd been delivered. The walking shoes are really good especially for the price. Absolutely no problems”

“I received my order quickly and in two bags. Was disappointed to discover two items I ordered were listed on the despatch note but were missing. Have sent an email to sports direct to ask were are my items and have not even received an email back to confirm my complaint is being looked at !!”

“I received my Karrimor Walking Boots within a few days which was good. Unfortunately, although I ordered a size bigger than my usual size they fit very snuggly and I am sending them back. I packaged them & contacted Hermes who delivered them. They were supposed to collect them yesterday but failed to do so. I am very disappointed and extremely upset that I have paid £10 in postage. I could have bought a more expensive, better pair potentially.”
