I ordered a blue golf bag(£110) among other things to come next day as I had a golf game booked in the evening. They sent a black one. I emailed and contacted on Facebook via their page immediately. But stated I needed to use it or cancel my game. No response for a week. Then asked for pictures. Which I sent. Offered a refund/exchange after another 4days and was told they’d send a courier. In good faith I repeated that as I had used the bag and I know it can’t be resold, I would keep the black one even though it’s not what I want because in my eyes it’s wasteful if not able to resell. But I would be happy with a gift voucher to cover the mistake and suggested the value to be the price of the courier each way as they would have to pay in an exchange....probably about £10-£15. I think that is really reasonable and would have cost sportsdirect the least amount of money for a mistake made by them. Then I receive an email saying as I have used the item there is nothing they can do. They cannot offer gift voucher. Cannot refund/exchange. Appalling service. No phone line for contact to immediately resolve matter. No answer to emails for many days. No customer service

Ordered items, a tracksuit,2 t shirts and a jacket everything except the jacket arrived in 2 days been emailing constantly since but just getting auto reply. Still waiting Sports Direct!🙏☹️

Coming up to to 1 week since expected delivery and still no parcel. Paid extra for DPD delivery and all I have is an acknowledgement that they will receive a parcel to deliver. No reply from customer services to query.

You order a pair of shoes. They send the wrong size. You have to pay to have them returned. They send the wrong size again even though you say in the slip. A bunch of cowboys.

i ordered shoes that went missing, it took ages for a replacement to be sent with at least 20 emails back and forth resending a form. Then when they sent a replacement it was the wrong product in the correct box. I have returned them with a prepayed label Sports Direct sent me, so didn't have to pay postage for their mistake but am still awaiting the shoes I ordered in February.

I still haven't received my parcel I have sent 10 emails in total looking for refund or items resend no response extremely disappointed hopefully someone gets in touch soon

Glad I hot all I ordered and happy with all my items. The only concern was delay in Fastway courier one of my orders 9th April did not arrive till 19th April n no update provided by tracker to advise delay. Gladly arrived. N
