“Not impressed that the postage was £4.99 even though I spent over £100 and also have to pay to return. Got one of the ugly sports direct mugs in the order which I now either have to throw away or give to a charity shop.”

“The delivery and the items were good but I wanted to return some items as they didn't fit. I went into the store and queued at the tills only to be told that you can only do returns at the upstairs till. So I queued again, got to the tills, processed the items to be told I can only do exchange or credit note. The items were for my father who can't get to a shop so I was trying to help him out but now I have to post them back for a refund! Ridiculous!!!”

“I object to paying expensive postage on trainers which were not delivered. In spite of me waiting in both days that Hermès said they would be delivered and giving a safe space I was told that hey had been returned. I contacted Sports Direct to cancel the order only to have them delivered two days later. And now I am expected to pay return postage. Very unhappy with service and would like my postage both ways refunded when I return them.”

“I don't know who makes the clothes you sell, but, I think maybe,Asia, because your sizing fits to there sizing not UK, your clothes are all under sized, like the t shirts I bought from philippines & Indonesia, to small for UK Market.”
