“The trainers are excellent but even though I purposely havnt asked for emails about offers I am getting email after email after email which is putting me off wanting to use sports direct again due to be mithered.”

“Unfortunately I had to return the shoes that I ordered as they didn't fit. I was somewhat surprised to learn that after having paid £4.99 postage to have them delivered (it's the same delivery charge whether they're delivered to a home address or picked up at the store - go figure....) I would also have to foot the postage to return them. I emailed the company to ask if I exchanged the shoes for a different size would I have to pay the postage once again - I've yet to have a response. What an extremely poor show - won't be shopping with Sports Direct again.....”

“I hate to write a poor review but this is the second time I've received my delivery in a bad way. Both times I've ordered weights and they've arrived broken and damaged☹️ I couldn't believe it happened again the second time. It's such an inconvenience”

“Awful, I ordered a size 10.5 shoe, the email confirmed my order and when the shoes arrived the box clearly states 10.5 on them, however a size 11 is inside, I sent an email regarding this, and still no reply, I've made an inquiry into returning these shoes online or when retail opens next week, and still no reply, so now I have no shoes and no money to buy another pair due to the length of time it takes you to process this problem, that sports direct is responsible for.”
