When you order your address can be changed by a company called WD direct. Sportsdirect uses this company for sending orders. After this problem your package will be lost. To return a package you need to pay for transport again. After using sportsdirect official return labels you will not be updated. After 2 weeks of silence you must hope that you returned package will arrive back in the UK. Customer service reacts like a robot 9 out of 10 times. The email don't help you at all. Worst international service ever. Also the app is very poor quality with a lot of bugs. Don't buy here.

Placed an order almost 3 weeks ago, I’m STILL waiting for the delivery, their courier lost the parcel which I continuously had to chase, I’ve requested they refund my delivery charge for my issues- their reply- NO. Customer service at its best!

Went to the Shrewsbury shop today. There was no social distancing and no staff wearing a face mask, despite announcements saying to wear a face mask. I did NOT feel at all safe there with covid. Staff were not at all happy.

Is very bad terrible disgusting you name it I’ve experienced from this company staffs especially the store in staples corner the manager treat you like your a thief he treats people with ethnic minority background differently that is exactly what I’ve experienced while I was in the store , but he doesn’t realise he himself is a coloured guy and he shouldn’t be doing this to people . Very disgusting behaviour from him . He follows you around or watches you in the store how ridiculous. Mike Ashley if your reading this I’m sorry to say but you need better Managers in your stores if you want customers .

Bought waterproof jacket and pants but discovered they were not waterproof. Customer service told me to return them to have them checked. They were returned to me with a note that they were outside the 28 day return limit. I have emailed them multiple times since but they ignore me.

I ordered 2 jackets they only delivered me 2 other jackets that i ordered. They admitt they made a mistake but dont want to pay for the return costs. Pffffff.

23.11.21 they charged me for an order which they did not deliver because they canceled it themself. At the beginning of December they promised to return the money within 5 days. I still havent recived it.

I went into spirts direct yesterday, and the staff were not friendly at all, the manager had a was very rude and didn't listen to what was being explained to her. I felt so back that I didn't buy anything, why would you buy from someone who does not treat a person with respect, I wouldn't go back there again. Worst shopping experience in the last decade, no wonder the store was empty. TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT. As there isn't a need for a manager in a store with no customers. Rubbish service.

I have spent a long time chasing my order. I got an acknowledgement of my issue. Then nothing. Then I took to twitter, got a reply to say my order was lost. Then nothing, I am still chasing. We are in week 3 and counting.

SHAQ Bankshot Mens Basketball Trainers I ONLY WISH I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY NO STARS! - Bought the above from Sports Direct on the 18th of December 2021 with a promised delivery before the 25th of December 2021 as it was a Christmas present for my son. The item did not arrived before Christmas, MY SON HAD NO PRESENT FROM ME FOR CHRISTMAS; ALL THANKS TO SPORTS DIRECT. I have tried to contact Sports Direct customer service on the phone but no response, I have also visited my local branch, the branch tried to get hold of their customer service but no response as well. Up to-date (22 January 2022), I have not received the item.

I bought 6 items as gifts for Christmas and I needed to return 2 of them as they did not fit but Sports Direct will not accept my return as it was after 9 January. I’m stuck with cycle bib shorts and shirt that are useless to me. What a waste. A bad place to buy Christmas presents from, I won’t be using them again.

Honestly worst service I've ever experienced. Ordered runners over 5 weeks ago now and never arrived. Little to no communication from customer support. Ignoring me and hoping I will go away. Will not provide any proof of delivery in any form. Will not provide a refund or any assistance. Avoid at all costs

I placed n order the 6th of January and paid for next day delivery s I needed the item for sturdy. Toddy is 11th of January, I still have not received my order. I already submitted ticket but haven't received any update. This type of customer service is not acceptable and I will not be returning customer

They didn't deliver a number of items they said they would before Xmas. The items also arrived poorly packaged. I attempted to contact the company for a complete refund of the delivery charges given they completely failed to deliver it before Xmas. This took multiple emails for a simple request. Basically they would only refund me the additional amount of the difference between standard delivery and express delivery. Given the order was made during their Xmas sale period and they allegedly promised delivery the next day before their own cut off time I was let down badly. Had I known this I would have gone elsewhere and ordered with someone that keeps their promises and has integrity. I've had issues with this company before and won't be using them again.

Price is very good however if you order something that does not fit you cannot get a refund at all despite the fact you are entitled to this under the Sale of Goods Act. You are just given a credit note so you have no option but to use their stores for something that you do not want. When you question this sadly the sales staff in store dismissively belittles you and as such bullies you into retaining what you have purchased which is nothing short of a waste of hard earned money. I will never again have anything to do with this company!

I received a wrong product and reported this on 16 Nov 2021:: Under Armour Technical Half Zip Top Mens of wrong color. You answered me and promise you will ship the correct product in 21 days. You never sent me any product and since then you have never responding to my messages! Worst client support I have ever met while ordering online! I would give you less than a star if possible, strongly disappointed of you!

Don't buy at Sportsdirect online. You not only have to pay to receive the goods, but also to return them. And they don't mention this at forehand.
