“Very comfortable shoes, perfect for walking/running and various other leisure activities. Delivery time was good. Make sure to check the New Balance size chart on Google, as the sizes can be different to other brands.”

“Great choice. Bought walking boots and they were too small. Had to return and exchange at my own cost. The replacements were too wide, again returned at my own cost. Almost £12 spent and haven’t found the right boots for me. If returns were free I would have tried a further pair. I realise it would be better to wait until I can visit the store.”

“Half of what I ordered never arrived, the tracking information said it was out for delivery and then next time it updated it said it was being returned to sender, which it has been stuck on for a week. The customer service department said it was most likely due to damage but this has not been confirmed, after a week they still have not got the parcel back and I have had no refund.”

“I ordered some trainers as a gift and paid £7.99 for them to be delivered in time. When they arrived they had sent the wrong size trainers but in the right size box. I contacted them to resolve this issue and still haven’t heard back a week later. To return the unsuitable item I will now have to pay for them to be sent back. So overall the customer service is terrible and delivery policy is also very expensive and outdated for a company the size of sports direct.”
