“Totally unacceptable service, I received the face mask in a sealed package, when I opened the package the security tag was still through the item. I explained this and was told I would have to return the item and the tag would be removed and the mask would be returned to me. I suggested that maybe first I get a New mask sent out to me and a refund of payment for the next day delivery charge . I received an email 3 days later saying another mask had been sent to me . 20 minutes later I received another email saying that there's no stock availability and I would not be receiving any thing . So now I am expecting a refund back to the card used for payment. Will I be using this service again - NO”

“I would give 5 stars but returns are a nightmare. You have to arrange it yourself. If you use the recommended courier it's about 20% more expensive than, let's say via Hermes. I will not buy from there again”

“My parcel still hasn’t arrived. I contacted customer service and was just sent a copy of the courier tracking details which I already had and there was no information about how to get my parcel. Not great service but I know it is not sports direct fault but the couriers but the courier says to contact the sender so I would appreciate this being followed up.”
