“I ordered a pair of trainers and also walking boots both for my normal size. They were way too small. I ordered size 10 and although they were size 44/45 they were probably size 8. It cost me £10 for delivery and return so it was £10 for which I have nothing. Will not use this company for online ordering again.”

“Ordered what I expected to be 2 sets of white slazenger sports socks and a sweatband. However what turns up is one set of white socks and a set of black socks plus headband. Both the sets of socks had the same item code stamped on them 413226-99, so probably not the pickers fault. As returning would be at my expense and the extra set only cost £2 ,not worth sending back, but hardly ideal.”

“What an absolute joke!!!!!!! Wasted my time ordering x2 kids trainers from Sports Direct only for them to send the wrong ones!! One was completed wrong wasn't even the trainers i ordered and the other was a odd pair in the box! Had no choice but to return for a full refund! Lets just say i wont be in a rush to order from them again!!”

“I was sent the wrong boots. The name and address on the package were for someone entirely different. Sports director will not arrange a pick up of the wrong product. Will bot give me a refund or send out the boots I actually ordered. Very disappointing.”

“After I made a mistake with my ordering the wrong size. Sports Direct instructed me to return the boots and quickly sent me the correct size within 3 days brilliant.”
