“After I pushed the button to purchase an item I realised that I ordered the wrong size!... I promptly emailed the helpline and they were pretty useless as to react to my issue, I was told they could not amend the order or cancel my order at the time!!!’ So my order was delivered so I got straight onto the task of ordering the correct size and OMG...... returning the item I had to pay for the return and print labels. Just never again on line with you guys.”

“I ordered 2 jackets in large size but when they arrived no way were they large and had to return them Paid £4.99 for delivery and a further £4.85 to return as Sports Direct gave no option but to return by Royal Mail Shocking Will never use this site again”

“I purchased a pair of 'everlast adjustable dumbells' at £250 each dumbell. One of them has already broken, it selects the wrong weight whilst going through my first routine with them. I thought id go with the expensive pair for peace of mind that it would be good and they have flatered already.”

“Poor quality item. Poor sizing and terrible returns policy. Paid for postage to get the item and then paid to return it too. Terrible..keep up with the leaders in your sector and offer free returns.”
