“Appalling service. Only one of three items arrived. I’ve since been treated like a criminal having to prove I’ve not had them. It’s been over a week with incredibly slow communication and as yet no refund, no items and no-one in any hurry to rectify the situation which has also taken me loads of emails to even get this far. I paid £7.99 for next day delivery too cause I needed them to arrive by last week. Feels like I’m being fobbed off until I lose interest on getting it resolved so they don’t have to issue a refund. Every email I’ve had either asks for information they already have or is just a delaying tactic. There’s conveniently no phone number. The delivery packing was absolutely fine so it’s definitely an issue at the packing stage at Sports Direct. I will never shop online with sports direct again and urge other people not to either.”
