“Be careful if item is wrong or doesn't fit, you yet again have to pay postage fees ,and they do not give this back.I feel this is unfair and a rip off.”

“Ordered what I expected to be 2 sets of white slazenger sports socks and a sweatband. However what turns up is one set of white socks and a set of black socks plus headband. Both the sets of socks had the same item code stamped on them 413226-99, so probably not the pickers fault. As returning would be at my expense and the extra set only cost £2 ,not worth sending back, but hardly ideal.”

“What an absolute joke!!!!!!! Wasted my time ordering x2 kids trainers from Sports Direct only for them to send the wrong ones!! One was completed wrong wasn't even the trainers i ordered and the other was a odd pair in the box! Had no choice but to return for a full refund! Lets just say i wont be in a rush to order from them again!!”

“I was sent the wrong boots. The name and address on the package were for someone entirely different. Sports director will not arrange a pick up of the wrong product. Will bot give me a refund or send out the boots I actually ordered. Very disappointing.”

“Ordered 2xtshirts on a deal put in 2x large and gotone xxl as it changed when I came out the order not worth sending back as it was going to cost £5tosend back so wasn't happy as got it on deal to send back would of cost me £17 all in to send it back then order a new one then even more money. 🙄”

“Totally unacceptable service, I received the face mask in a sealed package, when I opened the package the security tag was still through the item. I explained this and was told I would have to return the item and the tag would be removed and the mask would be returned to me. I suggested that maybe first I get a New mask sent out to me and a refund of payment for the next day delivery charge . I received an email 3 days later saying another mask had been sent to me . 20 minutes later I received another email saying that there's no stock availability and I would not be receiving any thing . So now I am expecting a refund back to the card used for payment. Will I be using this service again - NO”
