“Paid for next day delivery. Actual delivery was 3 days. No refund!! Only a code to use on your next order which is supposed to give you next day delivery at no extra charge. Poor - because I probably will not purchase through this supplier again.”

“I was very disappointed as I urgently needed the trainers as soon as possible. They showed as in stock and I paid extra for next day delivery. I then received a note informing that they could not deliver next day and refunding my money. I actually received the trainers 8 days later. If I had known that this would be the case, I would have ordered elsewhere.”

“Ordered online 2 items, both were delivered faulty, took them back to my local branch for an exchange and was told I had to send back via post as they were faulty goods, I then had to buy it again instore and carry the faulty items and my new purchases all the way to my car. I was also told I wouldn’t have to pay for postage sending them back as with faulty items, they send through a special returns label. I emailed and sent photos of the faulty item and 4 days later, I’m still awaiting a response. Terrible customer service. Items are faulty and I’d expect a full refund.”

“This is the only company that I know that will not accept free returns. Furthermore if you take something you bought online to the store you cannot get a refund..only credit note. Totally disappointed”

“I ordered a pair of boots in size 9.5. The confirmation immediately came back as 8.5. I contacted sports direct about their mistake via email and was informed that they won’t change orders once placed. So I tried cancelling the order only to be told they won’t cancel an order once placed. Cost me 7.99 in postage for something I knew I’d have to send straight back. Find it hard to think of why they have a customer service department really. Certainly won’t be using again”
