“I was completely satisfied and impressed with the service. Right from placing to recieving my order was really quick, easy and efficient. I must also stress that despite widespread distrust of Hermes as a home delivery company, the driver who delivers to my area is absolutlely brilliant and is a credit to his company.”

“Your customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I have made several emails trying to resolve the issue I had and I have been dismissed like a child. I have raised this issue with PayPal and have given them all the evidence to back up my claim.”

“Delivery was fast and items seemed good. However having worn one pair of the tracksuit trousers a couple of times the seam on the stomach has opened due to it fraying on the stitches. Not so happy now!!”

“While I was very happy with your website, products, size charts and the garments I ordered.. I was very unhappy with you're promise on delivery. I paid an extra premium to have next day delivery so that my daughter had a PE kit for her return to school on the monday. However the delivery did not arrive on Sunday as confirmed by yourselves in your confirmation email. It arrived after my daughter had returned from school on monday.... and not before she was diciplined at school for not having said kit. I hope my review finds it's way to the correct department of your company who deals with little girls broken hearts!!!”

“I asked for an item to be replaced (with one of equal value) instead of being refunded and they said no even though it still had to be dispatched. Shoes were too big, sent them back for correct size and were out of stock”
