“The shoes were not true to size as some reviews say they are so obviously my pair was faulty as I’ve recently purchased elsewhere the same shoe and same size and they fit. I was not refunded the postage as it states on the policy page. I had to pay £7 delivery as I needed them and then nearly £7 to send them back! So I’m £14 out of pocket for a pair of shoes that were not true to size. Other places refund the cost of postage! Will never use again and this was a first time for me with you, you failed to impress me with your poor customer service!”
