“My order was accepted, then I received an email explaining half my order was not available The postage remains the same If I had known at the time of ordering I would not have proceeded The items were birthday presents So altogether I am disappointed”

“Ordered toddler trainers - wrong size in box. Decided to keep for when my daughter grows into them and order a different pair. Exact same issue - wrong size in the box. So I’ve paid £9.90 for delivery and got no correct size trainers. Emailed customer services as can’t find a number to ring, reply asked for photos which I sent and haven’t heard anything back. I’m not prepared to pay to send them back as it’s a sports direct error and I want the delivery costs refunding as I don’t have what I paid for.”

“Very quick delivery and on time,but I ordered 2 sized 18 leggings and they weren't the right size.one was size 10 (that's probably the size of my thigh 😂) and the other one was a size 14,so was really gutted that they weren't right”

“Sports Direct have a website that pretends to have a base in NZ which they do not. Having sent me the wrong sizes they now require me to return the items to the UK at my cost. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE THE UK”
