It is hard to do returns. They charge you for a shipping label. Plus most things they sell are excluded from returns, and my favorite is they tell you to contact the manufacturer with product failures.

They will invite themselves into your wallet to take your money on phony subscription's. No magazine or nothing comes only watch your bills.

Don’t buy from this company they will steal from you and take your money out of your bank account without permission even when you return the junk they send you and are supposed to get a refund their customer service is horrible all they care about is making money off of you and they keep all your information bank details card number and charge you whenever they want and steal your money they are a bunch of thriving scumbags that can’t even respond and face you when confronted nothing but a bunch of cunts go to bass pro instead they go above and beyond to make things right

Now that they have to charge the state sales tax, I think they should remove the 14.99 gun handling fee they started charging. The ammo is still almost double from what I've been getting it from elsewhere. Will not be renewing my club membership this year.

I placed an order in August 2020 and an order in September 2020 for ammo at a fair price and still have not received them. I get emails them changing the ship dates that if I don't reply the order will be cancelled. I have been replying to keep the orders and I just learned today my August order is cancelled. I know I replied and now it goes to a manager weather to reinstate the order. Not happy with these two orders not being shipped.

I ordered 9mm ammo. It’s been back ordered a year. My price is locked in, but they can sell it for more. So they keep it back ordered

Do not shop here. I’ve had ammo on back order for over a year and it keeps getting pushed back. They just don’t want to sell it at the original price, since ammo has gone up. They just finally cancelled my order without notifying me. Been waiting a year….such a disappointment. Also basically impossible to ever get a hold of someone, and when you do they are super rude. I’ve spent over $10,000 on product from them, and I will happily never give them another cent.

Placed several orders nearly 2 months ago including sone during sale events. Thousands of dollars gone. They Sportsmans Guide won't ship any of it and they won't refund. Out thousands. About to file suit. This is happening a lot starting around April especially. Over $4000 worth of stuff and they took the money and some stuff shipped out and was "returned due to sellers request" didn't even think that is possible. Don't think it is. Now they've ghosted me and all my hunting buddies. BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY THING FROM THIS PLACE ANY LONGER! Rumor has it they're going out if business so that may be partly the cause. Between me and the people I know we are out nearly $7000. June 23, 2021.

I've had a item on backorder since last August, they are selling item on there website for a higher price, and not fulfilled my order yet. I was forced to give 1 star, they are a negative 10.

I have had ammo on backorder for over a year they just keep pushing it back further and further as I get close to estimated ship date what bs just cause they don't want to give it to me for the price it was quoted on the back order even though I know they've had the ammo in stock in the last year a company this size should ship your order no matter the going rate if they have it in stock or have had it in stock within that time instead of keep pushing the date back

This company canceled my order after I had waiting three months on my rifle. The ffl dealer want preferred only after they were ready to send the rifle to me. I has did my due diligence as a customer when I placed the order and called both companies to make sure they did business and both checked out ok! They canceled when it was time to send me my Rifle saying they didn’t send it in time.. oh wait we can reorder for you but you’ll have to wait another two months... Horrible experience with this company and their policies! You think being a member they would take care of you!? Well they lost me as a member and a customer...! Boo to Sportsman Guide! You guys suck!!

Signed up for their buyers club a while back and order maybe 2x's a year, maybe 3. Never had a bad experience, as I always purchase In Stock items that are NOT in high demand. This goes for any retail vendor. Many recent bad reviews pretty much revolve around ammo... Shipping has never been an issue, a few months ago maybe needed a little more patience.

I ordered 2 outdoor rocking chairs, they arrived damaged, I sent them back. When I received the refund, Sportsmans Guide actually charged me for shipping! What a joke! I would have reordered the same chairs again had I not been charged for the shipping of 2 damaged chairs! Do NOT order from Sportsmans Guide, they like to rip off customers! Pathetic excuse of a company!

I will never order anything from them again ....my experience with them was a nightmare !!!! They also have a lot of sassy mouth minorities with a chip on their shoulder at customer service ( if you can ever get through .....).... Everyone is turning against them .....I hope they eventually go out of buss....stay away from them !

Sportsman Guide sold me an item which did its job, but was way overpriced. I left feed back explaining the good and not so good. This company would NOT post my review, they only post what they want. This happened 12 years ago. I will never buy from them again! BEWARE they are shady!

My order was lost in delivery. I understand that that these things happen however it took more than 10 emails and phone calls over a 3 month period to get a full refund. Will never buy from this company again

I made a order back on 6-14-2020 They canceled it as prices was going up, they wasn’t about to keep there deal with me. When they could quadruple the price.

I purchased a gun from Sportsmans Guide and I was told that I wouldn't get the tracking number for my purchase after spending over $550 on a gun. I asked them, "How am I supposed to know that you even shipped it, where it went, when it will arrive or if I will find it? They said it'll be sent 2day air via Fed Ex. Well Fed Ex has Tracking numbers, they said that they didn't give out that information to the buyer only the FFL. I won't buy from this company again that doesn't give me the tracking number whether it goes to the FFL or not.
