“This is the second time I've been asked to write a review. It's been more than two weeks and I've yet to receive the product I ordered. At this point I'd say that you failed miserably. Should I continue....? Could someone check on the where abouts of my shipment.....Thank you!”

Hi Greg, thanks for the review. My apologies, it looks as though we need to take another look at our automated emails. I'm showing 3 of those valves to currently be in stock, the rest are still on order with the manufacturer. I'm going to get the available items out to you ASAP and will message you privately once I have an update.

“They prices are great, and they have parts (control valve models) that I could find locally...and they carry RainBird boxes whereas most local irrigation outlets and DIY stores are carrying less of them or dropping them altogether.”

“When ordered over half my orders went MIA. Called they found them. Still waiting for them to be shipped over a week later. Not happy, probably the last time I ever use this site.”

Hi Joseph, thanks for your review. I am showing four orders for you that were placed over a period of four days. Two of them were completely in stock and shipped out within 24 hours. The other two orders had backordered items, but the available items on the orders were also shipped within 24 hours and emails were sent to notify you of the backordered items. Nothing was MIA or needed to be found, we are waiting for your backordered items to arrive.
