“Sprinkler Supply did a great job filling, processing, and shipping my large parts order for a complete 10-zone lawn sprinkler system. Great value. Local NC / SC irrigation stores did not carry the selection of kwik-tap or push-lock fittings. ( Still stocking "old school" glue slip-fit pvc pipe & fittings )”

“Due primarily to fatigue, when I placed my order recently I made several mistakes. I texted their support team over a holiday weekend recieved initial response from their ever-aware response- robot and then exquisite personal attension the first business day thereafter. Most was handled even before i ever spoke with their team. Excellent care and concern, not to mention the products themselves. An overall enjoyable experience with all mistakes on my part corrected and resolved. Highly reccomend the company and the personal. Rick Pohil”

“Did not understand the product (pop-up sprinklers) were not a complete unit, that you needed to purchase spray nozzles to be complete. If I was alerted at the time I could have order them at the same time. but to pay a separate shipping charge for the dozen nozzles needed would not make since.”

Hi David, thanks for your review. I do show that we have "NOZZLES NOT INCLUDED" listed in the product description for the heads that you ordered. “Delay in getting my order as they were out of stock. Good idea to keep site updated w/this info so you know ahead of time there will be a wait? Ordered 20 of the item but got 19. Website indicated that this irrigation bubbler came on a 5" spike but in reality only the bubbler head was received. Probably need to update your product description so purchaser knows to but a different item if the spike is needed as well. Disappointing but pricing is exceptional compared to what you'd pay at a retail store. I do believe they try, just a few things as a bump in the road.”

You should be receiving a package today with the remaining bubbler; we were just waiting on one of those to arrive and partial shipped the available ones so that you'd have them. It does appear that there's an error regarding the mention of the spike on the product page.
