“I had the best customer service with Sprinkler Supply Store. I had a number of questions that Demny answered quickly even sending pics to figure out what type of heads I had. I put in my order late in the day and with 24 hrs it had been shipped out. Friendly, professional, courteous, organized and efficient. Would rate them 5 out of 4. Thx again. Maryln”

“This is my second order and I am very happy with the products and service. But most of all the price is great! My order for a second case of 20 sprinklers is for my church, and as such, price is a very important consideration. Thank you for prompt shipment and notices about my order. “Sprinkler Supply Store is a very good site, except for better descriptions on sprinklers would be very helpful. I ordered 3 replacements for part of my irrigation system only to find out they won't work, but for the price it's not worth returning. I needed 4" popups with 180 degree radius and thought that's what I ordered. Apparently my mistake and I take credit for not doing more research before ordering.”

“Took 8 days to get a fuse for irrigation control box. Many dead plants are the result. You cost me money.”

“My order from two weeks ago which is paid in full is still in "processing". I believe the order is being held up due to one of the 4 items being out of stock. Most companies make partial shipments, and do not pre-charge for items not shipped.”
