“The transformer plug arrived and although it was used as a replacement, it did not work since the entire panel needed to be replaced.”

“Purchased one piece swivel elbow fitting for $5.99. For an item that weighs only a few oz., I paid $11.99 for Ground shipping. I am very disappointed about your shipping charges. However, follow-up was great after sale. Speedy order processing and updates with tracking number.”

“Dennis, Just received a couple days ago only 2 - I20- 12" heads of the 6 heads I ordered . Have not seen the other 4 heads or the other stuff that was part of the original order. The rest of this review is subject to receiving all of my original two part order”

“They had a part that was hard to find elsewhere which was nice but I thought the shipping charge was kind of high for as slow as it was. Not saying that would stop me from buying from them again but something to consider.”

“They were the only online retailer I could find that had all the Toro precision nozzle types available in stock on my first order from them. When I needed a few additional nozzles of different types they were all in stock also. When the warehouse experienced a couple of days delay they sent me an email informing me of the delay. I give them four stars, instead of five, since their prices are higher than other online retailers and their shipping cost is high but I wanted to get the nozzles as soon as possible.”

“I would like to give you a great rating for your part of the operation was but the shipping was horrendous. Ordered on the 19th of April, the parts arrived today, April 29th. Nine days in transit and within the same state. Should I need parts in the future I will not hesitate to visit your website again.”

While we're seeing much better delivery times from the shipping companies compared to last year during the beginning of the pandemic, we do still see these delayed orders from time to time. 10 days in the same state may be some kind of record. “I enjoyed my experience. However it was frustrating that once I reached the free shipping threshold AND had a coupon code applied (that you solicited to me in exchange for signing up for my email) it negates the free shipping and tried to charge me $11.99 shipping. I just cleared the discount code and ordered without.”

“Found online while looking for competing pricing on sprinkler heads. Really good pricing on what I needed. I thought I would only need that order but have since made 4 more. Shipping is quite fast. Because my first order was only $100 I also had to pay for shipping. I do think the free shipping threshold could be $100 instead of $149 but that’s a consumer’s opinion. I ordered 10 PGP Ultra 4” heads in order to have the adjustment tool included but it was not. Customer service remedied the issue rather quickly and sent the tool to me. Website is ok. A bit clunky but that also makes it very easy to search.”
