“I have been a faithful Sprouts customer for many years now. It seems the quality of products has plummeted recently. I usually get a weekly delivery and this time, I had bad tomatoes, potatoes, apples, pears, pomegranate arils and even the Sprouts coconut drink was stale. I wish this wasn't the case because I spend extra money over other grocery stores for their good name and organic products but sadly this has been the case in recent times. It wasn't once or twice but many times over the last few months.”

“Everyone in the store was Extremly helpful & kind. It was all completly ruined by an arrogant, mean spirited. Nasty cashier I don’t know her name. Most likely she doesn’t show it so customers she’s been so very nasty to can’t complain. They don’t know who she is Throwing something at me when the manager , who was beyond , kind, came to assist I hate to give the place less than 5 stars but now I understand why their rating has fallen I was so upset I’m a handicap senior. She spoke to me very nasty & insisted I go do something I could not do”

“Excellent quality. Very courteous employees and staff. Today, Leticia at the Gainey village sprouts location was very helpful. Happy to see an employee who is proud to have a job and discharges her duties diligently and is grateful to her employer.”

“Nightmare. They advertise food they never have in store. So when instacart shopper goes, I always end up.with substitutions that are higher priced not on sale. Today 50 percent of what i.ordered wasn't available mostly produce and deli.”

“I love shopping at Sprouts. The workers are pretty friendly and are always willing to help me with finding something or helping me order something that is not there if they carry it. The cashiers are quick and one in particular lady Sandy always has a smile on her face and just makes me feel good when I see her. I don't think she knows how to frown. lol Another great person their is Kurt, the Dairy Manager. He has gone out of his way on several occasions to help me find things throughout the store. Always a smile from him too. All in all I will stick with Sprouts for all my major shopping grocery needs. Thanks Sprouts for quality food that I don't have to worry about buying and great people to represent your store. Continued success in all you do. Jo Ann”

“My visit to fhe Ellicott City store was a complete fail was looking for a probiotic and some the beauty products. Spotted and employee asked for some assistance she said I don’t know this is not my area and with a mobile device in her hand I have to take care of his and walked off my 4 year old grandson said GiGi she not going to help you I guess not so let go and place an an Amazon order. now I see why so many people shop online and with Amazon”

“Don’t do it! I have been using Whole Foods delivery for about 2 years, I decided to try Sprouts delivery this past weekend, what a disappointment. Seems the people shopping don’t have a clue that there is a difference between ORGANIC and non organic fruit ( or probably anything) ! Do better Sprouts! I ordered all Organic fruit, raspberries, blueberries, oranges etc, I received all non organic items ( also they were not out of items, or else they would have text me to see if I wanted a substitute) This person shopping probably had no clue that there was a difference between Organic produce and non organic, very sad and disappointed ☹️ I would NEVER use their delivery service again. Sticking with Whole Foods delivery!!”

“Over the past three years of my weekly shopping experience, the quality of SPROUTS fresh produce/foods and shelf items has plummeted. Although, Customer Service has been good and consistent. Food/beverage prices are ridiculously expensive for some brand items at other grocery stores cost less. I find that produce quality is inconsistent. I am disappointed to see Shelf items expire or about to expire then marked down for sale. Store managers should be sharp enough to smell the order that meats and produce puts off when going bad and discard it before placing it out for sell. 🤦‍♂️ Fresh produce has been on the edge of rotting or showing signs of mold. This used to be one of my favorite places for grocery… I’m now in search of new organic farmers market 🤷‍♂️”

“Used to love sprouts. Quality, fair prices, and friendly service. Still friendly service, but quality has hit a serious low. Past few times Ive bought meat - spoiled/rotten. And then just bought this yogurt a few days ago, just opened it and completely moldy.”

“Hello, Prices are fair, sometimes exceptional in comparison to other stores. I’ve never used the delivery service. Returns & refunds are easy and no hassle. Either have the receipt or a CDL. ************************************* CUSTOMER SERVICE: I would like to acknowledge and pay homage to one employee in particular. Her name is Zayanna. She works in the vitamin department. I shop at Sprouts sometimes 2-3 times a week and I love your store. I REALLY enjoy purchasing my supplements and other health care products from Sprouts rather than going to specialty shops or ordering on-line. 2 Reasons: 1) your products are equitable and most of the time superior to other stores. 2) Zayanna makes my shopping experience fun and very educational. She really cares about what I’m buying and if it’s the best for my needs. She asks key questions and she’s not afraid to make suggestions in order to help me make better choices. Because of her I feel more confident in what I purchase. Zayanna is very warm, friendly and patient. She always acknowledges other shoppers in the department so no one feels ignored or walks away without being helped. She is tremendously professional and works hard to keep the department neat, clean and well stocked. I hope you routinely reward Zayanna for her dedication, work ethic and loyalty. She is SO deserving!”

“Sprouts in Yuma, Az. Continues to sell out dated items or close to expired..Water, spoiled milk,eggs, bakery, the list goes on. The prices are ridiculous and quality keeps going downhill.”
