I shop at the Philadelphia store. The service is fine, usually helpful and courteous. I have been shopping there since they opened. I have had only one disappointing encounter with a cashier when I had a problem with the price of an item. I was ignored. This was right after they opened so it could have been caused by that. The food quality is good, especially the produce. My problem is with their branded items. Quality is uneven, often poor. The canned beans were half liquid. And the prices are fair, comparable to other markets.

Unbelievable, I have never been so disappointed to shop at Sprouts. 10 cents per sack to haul your PURCHASED items out of THEIR store. Ungrateful management are ruining the store. Some will say “it’s only 10 cents how trivial”. But folks it’s just the beginning!

On my last trip (and mean my last trip) to Sprouts, I get blind side with a “new bag policy”. Sprouts now want to charge me 10 cents per bag when I check out. Ten cents for a plastic bag to put my PURCHASED products in to carry them out of the store. Ten cents for a plastic bag that cost much less than a penny to make. What next? Will you charge me a retail fee to use a shopping cart? This policy may go over well with the brain-dead California consumer. But outside LaLa land it will offend your shoppers. As it has me. May 30th was my last shopping trip to Sprouts!

The place in Herndon Virginia absolutely stinks no help from employees. Way overpriced. We left without buying anything. Enough said!

I am a 70-year-old woman with numerous disabilities. I did not appreciate being "carded" today my one of your female cashiers. I have been shopping at Sprouts for over 8 years and this is the first time ever I met such rudeness and unapologetic treatment. Training regarding seniors and disabled customers may be the solution.

While shopping at the San Clemente, CA Sprouts Market, on saturday, 4/22/23, Anthony, one of employees in the Deli area, intentionally refused to serve me. I am a senior female citizen, from Southern Europe (latin). If this happens again I may file a complaint for discrimination.

Sprout's Ginger Beer lacks ginger. Ginger extract is the last ingredient after water, sugar, and lemon. Extremely weak!

Last December, you started selling curry chicken salad which was delicious with right amount of spice for me. I bought it regularly - lots of it. About a month ago, it started to change. There was less spice, less flavor altogether, in fact. I mentioned it to someone in store who practically brushed me off. This week, the curry chicken salad had no flavor at all, and the chicken shreds had texture of shoe leather and were impossible to chew. Very disappointing, coming from a high quality store. I might try it one more time.

Have had many bad customer service experiences at the Woodstock, Ga location but today was the last straw for a while. Brought a $5.00 coupon. I shop there often so I had accumulated a lot of receipts with but used one from a mailer today. I never remember coupons but I actually did today. I have it to the cashier immediately before he started ringing me up so I didn't forget like I usually do. I checked my receipt before leaving and there was no coupon credit. I asked the cashier nicely why the coupon did not ring up and he said it was bc I didn't have one. I pointed to it on his counter and he said it was bc today was 3/21 and it had expired. Usually they are good through the end date but if I had known, I wound have given him one of the 5 others I had if I had been told that. He told me to read the terms in the coupon. Lovely. The worst part was that he told me I didn't have one and then insisted he scanned it first. Too funny. I am done for a while.

I very much doubt I will shop at Sprouts Farmers Market again. I have been so disappointed in their seeds, nuts, chips, etc. They have tasted stale, even though not near expiration date, and sunflower seeds even though labeled organic raw will not sprout. Now tonight I am trying to eat Sprouts Organic Blue Corn Tortilla Chips - sea salt. They are so salty my lips are puckering. I cannot eat them. Also weird mouthfeel. Sorry. I had so hoped this was a good find.

Good to have specialty foods and supplements but absolutely no customer service. By that I mean they don't even answer their phone. The priveledge to sit there and own a business and yet not have to take customer calls. Who just does this? Also they got rid of paper bags. Don't know why, but they can be reused more than plastic, protect your food better, and recycle right with the cardboard. Duh

Bulk bacon was on sale this week for $3.99 a pound at store 525 in Decatur Ga. The had it priced at $5.99 a pound They never price things on sale in the meat counter This is the 3rd time this has happened at this store and as usual no-one behind the meat counter Why have sales when the workers never post the sales price This store used to be run a lot better than it is now Where are your flyers? Why is their no customer service with this company anymore?

Everytime I but produce there it’s either tasteless , rotten inside or shrivels up in one day. I don’t get it. I just paid top dollar for pomegranates and they look great from the outside but horrible on the inside. Disappointing .

Purchased $40 dollars in nuts and seeds in the bulk food section. All items are still prepackaged so you always have to buy way more than you want. Got home and over half the nuts are old and stale. Wrote corporate HQ and received an email that it was being forwarded to the appropriate person. That was over a month ago and still no reply. I also purchased a pound of marinated Carne Asada from the butcher. Very fatty and lots of Grisel. This meat is not flank steak. It is scraps of cheap marinated meat scraps being sold for $15.99 a pound. Was around 6 a pound a year and half ago. I miss sunflower, Sprouts destroyed my favorite grocery store!

Good produce and unsulfered ginger The complaint I have is that plastic container tops are too hard to get off and on. I might injure myself opening and closing it. Product liability is a lucrative practice for lawyers.

Terrible customer care. Took back beef I had bought TWO days previous, expiration day was still a day away and it had gone from red to grey/brown. They told me “I should have put it in the freezer” and was nothing they could do without a receipt even though the product had gone bad before expiration date. I have had other companies who have had the integrity to accommodate a return when the goods were damaged or bad without receipt as they should.
