“All looks good, but the reality is way beyond what you envisioned.. They cleverly deceive you by asking for your measurements in a `confirmation of payment email` after you`ve paid for a regular fit, thus lulling you into a `custom size` fit contract which you have `Bob hope and no hope` of getting a refund on if it doesn't fit, because it can't be resold on.... By the looks of other reviews, even regular fits are not being refunded.. The dress itself was reasonably made, but substandard, cheap material.. The measurements l gave for my waist/hips was ok, but the bust (LOL) could fit 3 of me in it! I trusted this `rip off` company for my `Mother of the Bride` dress, now l`m left with a disgusting dress that l`d be too ashamed to show anyone, let-a-lone sell on! Leave well alone to avoid disappointment!”

“Bad service and bad customer service DO NOT buy or order anything from this company!!! I ordered a dress 3/5/19 and i was asked to send my measurements and i did. I am a size 10 and my hip is 103cm and my bust is 34cm. The dress arrived and did not fit me at all. Luckily they have sent me a certificate of conformity which stated clearly hip 34 cm and bust 103 cm??? They mixed up the measurements and therefore the dress was to small around my hip and too big around my bust. They refused to accept responsibility of this wrong made refused refund and i was left in limbo and frustrated inpaid £155?for a dress that i wont use. Please do not fall a victim like i did and order from this unprofessional company. Never again disappointment big time 😔”

“The dress I ordered in a size 16 wouldn’t even go over my hips. When I measured the dress it was actually a size 12. The “knee length” jacket came down to my knees. I requested a refund and address in order to return the dress. I was basically told I had measured it wrong even though I attached photos and I was told to take it to a dress maker to have it altered!! They won’t accept any responsibility or acknowledge their mistakes. DO NOT buy from this company you will only be disappointed!!!!”

“Do not Buy anything from this company!!! service is awful they do not accept any returns whatever the problem is with the dress we had an issue with the colour & the type of Material originally ordered their final answer after 30 emails was to keep the dress as the shipping is very expensive to send back & said next time we would order they would give a discount absolute madness as if I would ever buy again off of them!! NEVER!! Also the UK contact are useless & redirect your Returns to the returns department also known as “Service” which I believe are based in Asia as their typical reply is between 2am/4am UK time. My Daughter is so distraught about all of this she does not want to go to her Prom. I have learnt a lesson never to buy off of Stacees. Co .Uk ever again & I will spread the word to everyone !!!!!”

“I ordered 2 dresses to try, reading that they accepted returns, once ordered they sent me an email stating that they would advise I only order 1. As I did not know which style would suit I cancelled both dresses (within 24 hours) and they only refunded me 90% of what I paid! This is disgusting and I would recommend that anyone contemplating ordering from them think and read small print before they do.”

“Quality of dresses is poor, sizing doesn’t match the charts, useless customer services, unable to get a refund, feed you a load of rubbish even after sending sufficient evidence. Would never ever buy from here again and have warned lots of people to do the same. Absolute con of a company! Now £120+ down on a dress I had bought for my daughters wedding.”

“Appalling terms and conditions for returns and refunds. Outrageous misrepresentation re purchasing. There are 2 options for dresses standard or custom. One would assume that standard is off the peg and ready, so I purchase standard. That way, the product has not been tailored and could be returned, right?? WRONG. Then came the emails requesting measurements for a tailored dress. Utterly confused I stated that I only wanted standard size and had not paid or chosen for a custom. They then replied stating that everything is made to order and therefore the process has started. After complaining a number of times demanding immediate cancellation and full refund, no more replies from them. It is utterly stressful and upsetting when you know your money has been taken over a very poorly worded and misleading website and set of terms. Upon demanding a cancellation and refund (and this was within 8 hours), the messages went dead. No replies and now an onwards battle. Looking into their website further, immediate cancellations request on 90% refund plus your P&P. I can deal with the P&P but 10% loss is disgusting. Seriously, if you have any doubt whatsoever on colour, style or size, you've pretty much had it. The silence from customer services once a complaint was raised was utterly unacceptable. We are now short of bridesmaid dress options will very little spare time. Utterly upsetting and no sign of cancellation or refund. Do yourself a favour, read all of the terms and conditions, and don't expect standard returns if it it just doesn't suit you, which let's be honest, it quite a normal thing.”

“This company has made my wedding a nightmare. I ordered my wedding dress and had it customer made. When it came the quality of the material was disgusting. They use cheap material and the finishing was appalling. It looked nothing like the dress advertised. They wont refund me or even replace the dress free of charge. They are only offering a discount on another order. I would not order from them unless you have the money to donate to them. I am now left without a dress and out of pocket. I am having to pay to take them to a small claims court. I just wish I could upload photos of product to make you more aware.”

“Please please please do not order from this company! They are rude and dishonest and don’t stick to their own returns policy. I ordered a bridesmaids dress, I did need four but luckily thought I would just order one and see what it was like before ordering more. It was late arriving and when it did arrive it looked nothing like on the website, the fit was also terrible. I contacted the returns team only to be told they don’t take returns only if faulty, this is NOT what it says on there returns policy which I have read over and over. I sent many emails but I just got the same response, they even offered to send more material to fix the problems! But nothing was going to change the wrong colour and bad fit. I am now left with a dress I can’t use and £103 gone from my wedding fund. I wish I had read more reviews before I purchased, I think a lot of there good reviews are made up. Give this company a big misswhen looking for something for your special day, they have caused me nothing but misery. They do not follow any part of there returns policy , please please avoid!”

“AVOID !!!! Dreadful customer service . Sent a dress totally different in colour and now refuse to refund . They have a duty to refund online standard items that aren’t made to measure and the customer is not satisfied with but after numerous emails I’m now being offered £10 !!! Just ridiculous how they can still be operating - total scam - should be closed down !! All return info is hidden away in their website with no address to return anything.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I ordered a dress last July for my sons wedding, which was absolutely disgusting and badly made! no refunds offered even though promised. this week I receive an invoice from customs that 32 dresses have been ordered in my name and got a very hefty vat bill which I am now having to fight. They have used my name and address to commit fraud. I know its them as that's the first time I ordered from china and even though they tried to hide it their address, some of it is present! Please keep away!!!!”
