“This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. I bought my wedding dress from here and they still haven’t delivered it after two months. They made me have to buy one last minute 1 day before my wedding. I was messaging them a week prior and they promised they would get it delivered before my wedding. 2 months later still haven’t received a refund or the dress. This company is a SCAM”

“I wish I would’ve found this website with these reviews before I ordered. Every single review is exactly what happened to me.. they refuse to give you a refund. I needed a bridesmaid dress and wanted to order a couple different styles because I know each style will fit me differently based on my body shape. I confirmed with Stacees BEFORE placing my order that I could return as long as it was the original item and had the original tags on it. Once I placed the order (mind you, it was US sizes, not custom), I received an email confirming I didn’t need custom sizing. In my response I confirmed again, that I would be able to return the dresses if they didn’t fit. Out of the 3 dresses, only one fit. They told me to send in pics, I did. They then offered me $20 per dress and that I could resell them on my own. They also made the smart comment how one dress “looked very beautiful” on me when there was definitely an emoji on the picture to cover what the dress DIDN'T COVER. After days of going back and forth with them, they were extremely unprofessional and still refused to give me a refund. I disputed it with my bank. RUN AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!”

“They say they make the dress for you but they do not make it well-known that you cannot return it unless you send a picture of your body with the dress and that they say the dress doesn’t fit you or fit you. In other words you’re out a couple hundred dollars, they think it looks fine on you. Horrible customer service and I would never deal with this again. I am not a small woman, but I’m not obese and I wear a size 16 dresses. Never had a problem but they put stays and fake bras in their dresses. And expect it to fit every woman who happens wear a 16 the same way.”

“What horrible customer service. They claim to accept returns on non-customized dresses, but they keep a large percentage and make it extremely difficult to return with no label or instructions provided. The dress was not the material promised and not what the picture looked like. I tried for weeks for return it and the most I received was $40 back for a $100 cheap dress that I’m now stuck with. Will never buy from them again.”

“Scam. Dishonest. Impossible to deal with. I've been conned out of £150- dresses are unwearable not true to size. Even got 2 as was told I could return one. Neither fitted.”

“If I could give negative stars I would. The dress did not fit to my liking. They are refusing to take my unworn dress back and are trying to offer me a partial refund. Do not ever buy from this site. I was receiving reply’s until I asked to speak to a supervisor. Now I am not receiving any kind of response.”

“The sizing isn’t correct. Returns are impossible. Two dresses ordered over $200.and both didn’t fit, they try to negotiate on returning and use the excuse, it’s costly for me to return so we can make you another dress if you send us $70. Dresses were over $200.”

“They are a rubbish and dishonest company noone should but from. Scammers and avoid at all cost. Promise return and reimbursement but at every turn so not help AT ALL. I bought a dress for my daughter's prom and it came incomplete and not from the so called measurements I sent them which were 100% correct.”

“DO NOT ORDER! This people's are scammers. They have a refund policy that seems so easy to return with a refund but it is all a scam! It has already been over a month that they have been screwing around on my return request and twisting around the issues so they have an excuse not to refund my money. My story is very simple, the dress doesn't fit and looks like it was made out of satin drapery. I ordered a standard size but they are now trying to tell me they had customized for me. It is BS if it was customized the dress should at least fit.”

“Refused to give me a refund and return label. The dress I received was so bad at the bottom. So I had to reorder a new dress. When I did send emails back and forth I either got no replay or an email saying no return policy or refund on any items”

“THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM OF A COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN. Despite stating they provide full refunds, they refuse to give me my money back, I have shown photos, I have asked for shipping label, and they KEEP not giving me a full refund which I am qualified for. This company is disgusting in the way they conduct business, I have lost hundreds of dollars bc they will not do what their websites PROMISES they will do. This company is so bad I hope it goes bankrupt as it is a horrible, horrible company. I am now stuck with a couple dresses, never worn, tried on once, tags attached, and they keep offering me $30 refund despite me qualifying for an entire refund. DO NOT BUY HERE. I HOPE THIS COMPANY GOES BANKRUPT SO MORE PEOPLE WONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM EVER AGAIN.”

“They are a bunch of scammers who do not follow their returns policy at all - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. The dresses arrived and were the wrong colour and made of cheap nasty fabric, nothing like the website at all. They argue with me daily about my refund (which I've still not received). I've told them I'll report them to Trading Standards and they said if I still "insist on a refund" they'll give me a tiny bit back and I can keep the dresses and sell them online. As if! Nobody would want to buy this cheap tat. Honestly do yourself a favour and shop anywhere else!! They are a disgraceful bunch of scammers and someone needs to shut them down. I just read other reviews and I'm so cross with myself I didn't do that before ordering, I read their Returns Policy carefully and therefore thought I would be protected. They lie. They steal your money and they lie. STAY AWAY.”

“Everything that all reviewers are saying is reflective of my current experience. Don’t purchase from them . Purchased prom dresses from 3 other companies that took the return and issued refund immediately. Still sending emails back and forth as they try to make offers for 70% refund amount or keep the dress with some compensation. I want a refund and they’re not giving it!”

“This company needs to be investigated. A massive lawsuit needs to come against them. This company is nothing but a scam scam scam scam. Check the reviews before buying and not on their website on all the other websites, just google stacees.com and I am telling you everyone goes through the exact same thing which means that this company is the biggest scam and they’re very clever because they do it through weddings and Proms. If you buy a dress from this website I guarantee you there’ll be something wrong with it. I will be too small or the colours not right, or it’s just poorly constructed. When you go to try and get a refund, they will not refund you, they try everything in the book to get you to take their minuscule payment offers. I have had over 15 emails going back-and-forth with the company just trying to get a simple refund. It is a scam the biggest scam that is out there at the moment. They are going to respond to this review saying” we are so glad that we were able to resolve the problem” I want you to trust and believe that there’s been no resolve of this problem that’s what they do, They answer peoples reviews like they’ve actually sorted out the problem when they have not. This happened to so many people and I’m not going to let them get away with it. I will be sending this to every site that I know, every company that I know and every government official that I know which is plenty, Just remember guys this company is a scam scam scam and when you read this review Stacie‘s will reply acting like they’re trying to sort out the problem and actually they are not they are complete con artists do not buy from them EVER.”

“I paid for all 4 dresses. Only two of them arrived. I’m still missing two dresses that I paid for! They did not provide shipping tracking numbers! One of the zippers on one of the dresses didn’t even zip up all the way due to the stiffness of material and zipper was too small. I requested a refund as they did not arrive to me within the 14 day window. I did not get to try them on before that window of time. Do NOT buy from this company. It was a huuuge waste of my money.”
