I have been trying to return a dress. It is impossible to get anyone to respond to my multiple emails. They offered me to keep the dress and they would refund me $80. I declined that ridiculous offer and they stopped responding to me. I waited 45 minutes to “chat” with customer service and they barely responded and didn’t help me. I am still trying to return my dress and am not getting any response from this company.

DECEPTIVE RETURN POLICY - READ the entire Return policy - headline is so misleading The webpage that details the return policy is clearly designed to mislead shoppers. In a bold headline- it states most items can be returned within 14 days. It is not stated clearly until the 4th bullet of the policy that 90% of the dresses cannot be returned. It is very evident that they are trying to encourage purchase to drive sales and then punish shoppers for not reading down the list of bullets. If this is your policy- fine, but stop hiding the fact that the dresses cannot be returned. Ethical, quality businesses – state the most important facts 1st in order to be transparent to the shopper. In addition, in regards to the policy, its hard to believe that ‘tailors’ make the dresses to order, especially when ordering a standard size. The quality of the dress, the low cost and shipping time hardly indicate a custom made dress. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STACEES

The dresses were way larger than the size charts and the seller will not process a return. It's horrible. Do not buy from them.

I ADVISE THAT YOU AVOID THIS COMPANY. We bought a dress for my daughter for her upcoming prom. We decided to purchase from Stacees after checking their website and it confirming they had a returns policy. The dress was £170.00 inc postage and was lovely but didn't quite fit right and the style just wasn't right. I therefore contacted Stacees to ask how we go about returning the dress and obtaining a refund. To my surprised I was first of all offered the chance to purchase another dress at a lower cost. When I refused this and requested the refund again I was offered a refund of £15.00. I refused this and was then offered a £30.00 refund. I refused this and was offered a £40.00 refund. When i refused this I was then advised by John 'We are willing to provide a full refund to every customer who returns the product.' but he only offered £123.20. When I refused this and asked for instructions to return the dress I was then advised I wasn't entitled to a refund. I have an email trail with 7 different people and still no refund. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.

The dress arrived slightly smaller than the measurments indicated. Need to return for the next size up. Getting a COMPLETE runaround. Everything that everyone else is saying is true. They made me send them photos of the dress to prove it wasn't worn before giving me a return label. THEN they came back and offered me $30 for a $153 dollar dress . Like everyone elese has said, they tell me i am better off selling the dress on my own. ABSOLUTELY NOT. and apparently we all get emails from "Bella". TOTAL SCAM. Customer service is non existent. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM STACEE'S!!!!!

Buy from this company at your own risk. To be fair it’s my fault from listening to teenagers but this company is a scam. Dresses are cheaply made, don’t trust the pictures. They take weeks to arrive because it’s a Chinese company. You will NOT a get your money back, they will string you along for days avoiding money back. They will charge you $30 to return but you won’t see your money back. How they operate in the US I do not know.

So the people I'm speaking to, 'Teresa & Bella' have continuously put off giving me return instructions to return a wedding dress that has not been worn. As proven to them via images sent. However, they then fob you off with saying a return fee will be triple the price that I paid for delivery. I insist I will pay that & want my refund, so please provide return instructions. They then refuse to provide the instructions after numerous emails, then add on a 30% fee on top of your actual refund because they can't reuse the dress. The website states a Worry Free Return but they add everything they can possibly can to stop you from returning the product, with instead of offering you a small amount back. They have such greedy & terrible customer service.

Horrible Customer Experience - Buyer Beware - stay away from this Company. Really hard to deal with and won't return under any circumstances. Beware of any Company that locks their reviews after they run up a score of 4.8. It's not real. Buyer Beware, life is too short to deal with.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM! DO NOT BUY! The dresses are fake. The images are stolen from a designer website (same images used on several of these imitation websites from companies in China appearing to be in England!). The dress quality is cheap, and poorly imitated. The embroidery is completely different to that on the image. The breast pads were cheaply sewn on and are visible through the dress making it look tacky. I ordered a standard size as it clearly says on their website that they only offer full refunds for standard sizes and not custom made sizes. I ordered two dresses from them. Already lost £40 just on shipping fees as I cannot afford an expensive dress so was willing to take the risk of losing shipping fees, for the assurance that I would be able to return it! They tried to bribe me into accepting £45 so that I don’t return the dress. I refused and disputed that they state they would offer a refund and accept returns. They then said they would only give me a 70% refund if I return the dress, because they claim it cannot be resold despite the tag still being on it and it being in perfect condition. They claim that they cannot give a full refund because they are made to order, even though I ordered a standard size! I even checked this return policy with them when they emailed to confirm my size, and made sure I could return for a full refund if needed and they lied to me! Stay away from these websites they are a complete scam! Their positive reviews on here are probably fake too! Absolutely disgusting scamming people like this!

Please stay far away from this company. Your item will arrive late and horribly made. You will see every stitch made on the dress. When you email to return you will be treated disrespectfully. Then you will get the run around about your refund. They will say anything to you to not give you your refund. It’s going on week two of emails and they still haven’t processed my fund or provided the refund address per their policy.

I received my dress later than stated when ordering. When the dress arrived it was of poor quality l. You could see every stitch that was made in the front of the dress. It also was a poor fit and not fixable if taken to a seamstress. The dress was not made correctly and It didn’t cover the areas it was suppose to. The dress didn’t look as the photo did. When notifying the company regarding the issue for a refund I got the run around. Telling me to keep the dress for $10 fee and $50 for a new one to be sent. Then they came back and offered me to keep it for a refund of $10z i said that would not work i need to return the dress per your policy and get my full refund.

Absolutely shocking service! Refuse to refund any money and refuse to have the dress sent back to them. Ordered a standard size 8 for my bridesmaids to try on, and the sizing was overly big. Thought it would be a simple return for a smaller size. Obviously not!! Good job I didn’t order in batch. Taking peoples money and sending poor quality dresses! This company needs reporting and closing down. Avoid buying from this company!

Their return policy is DECEPTIVE --- they don't really accept returns. They will try to have you ship it to China, try to negotiate with you to keep the product and even ask you take pictures of yourself in the dress and send to them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered a dress for my daughter’s wedding and I made sure I could return if not right. It came jammed inside out in a plastic 8 x 10 envelope. It was very thin and definitely not the right size. I immediately contacted them and thus began the 2 1/2 week email chain. They claimed there had to be a defect to be able to return it and then offered me 15 dollars for a 150 dollar dress! Then their suggestion was I try to sell it to recoup my loss. I then left a bad review and they offered me 25 dollars to remove the bad review. Do not purchase from them. The dress was terrible quality and there is no return policy.

They will not accept a normal return. They will tell you to take a picture of your child in the dress and send to them. They will tell you to pay to ship back to China. Do not buy from here if you expect any customer service after the purchase.

IMPOSSIBLE RETURN PROCESS!! The dress quality was fine. there is a LARGE shipping fee that is not disclosed until checkout. DO NOT ORDER. I have had to send 8 emails trying to get a return label. the bride didn't like the dress, so I need to return. The website claims they have an easy 14-day return but that is a LIE. they keep asking just to replace the dress or for me to get a new style. I do not want either of those I want my money back. they are being very difficult to return these 2 dresses.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Spent £200 on 2 dresses. Both did not fit. We were unable to zip them up at the back. Sent pictures for proof and we are literally going around in circles being told we are not allowed a refund. They keep telling us to keep the dresses and accept a £30 refund. They are telling us they cannot re-sell returned dresses - sorry that's not our problem! Website clearly states full refunds are available within 14 days. Unprofessional, misleading con artists.
