DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Bought a dress which looks nothing like the photo. The buttons on the reverse are not aligned so tried to send it back, as they advertise you can do and they wouldnt accept it and offered me a minimal amout back. They ought to be struck off for lying and doing business in this way.

Quality of product is good but they lie in that you cannot return or they give you the runaround. Received dress on 2/28 and it was too small. Started a ticket on 2/29 and it’s now 3/11 and at least 4 emails back and forth and still getting nowhere. They won’t give you an address to return it. Asked for pictures and now offered $40 refund only. I’ve contacted my credit card to dispute. Last response was basically starting over saying sorry it’s taking so long we are just busy and you have 14 days to return. I’m guessing they want that to lapse so they can say it’s over the 14 days.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! IF ANYBODY WOULD LIKE THE ADDRESS / PHONE NUMBER ILL BE HAPPY TO GIVE IT TO YOU. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND AFTER SAYING THEY WOULD GET THIS PLACE CLOSED DOWN

Wouldn't even give stacees 1⭐ sent my dress back they said don't send it signed for originally so I said no it's going to be signed for so I know you have it! I sent the tracking number and they said soon as we received it we shall refund they got the dress 2 days later and STILL said once we have it we shall refund. So I was messaging and messaging no response in days to them say we shall only give 60£ when they said they would refund full amount ! This is not on and please whomever reads this DO NOT ORDER YOUR DRESS FROM THIS PLACE I CANT STRESS ENOUGH they are scammers they are only based in Manchester in an industrial sighting so whatever they tell you don't believe I really would get trading standards involved and the police

Please please don’t buy from this scam company!!!! Like other reviewers I bought 2 standard dresses for my daughter. Confirmed via the Stacees chat function that one could be returned but now they won’t accept it. Offered a small fraction of the cost and can keep the dress but that’s not what I wanted or agreed!! They keep fobbing me off!! Absolute scammers!!

Iscam on their return policy. I bought two dresses for prom. Not custom order. They emailed me back asking for measurements, not thinking anything of it I sent in measurements. They did not say it would be considered custom order. Now they are not accepting my return. I am going through my bank for a dispute.

I bought two prom dresses from Stacees as my daughter couldn’t decide which she preferred. I contacted the online chat facility and was told if we order a standard size we could return them, I just needed to email Stacees and they would send me a return address. Sadly, this has not happened. Both dresses need returning as they do not fit and, as the other reviews have said, I’ve been given the run around. I contacted Stacees immediately to say I wanted to return the dresses and since then I have received a number of emails offering me a fraction of what I paid, the latest offer was £60 and I paid £220! I have asked for this to be escalated to the manager but again, this hasn’t happened. I wish I’d read the reviews on returning items before purchasing the dresses as I would not have used this company. My advice is to avoid at all costs.

Avoid! Avoid! Still waiting for a refund I spent £100 on a dress it did not fit. I emailed them on the day I received the dress and they keep fobbing me off. They then sent an email to say that i can keep the dress and sell it on with shipping fees it won’t be worth my while sending back. Disgusting and so unprofessional.

Thank you very much for supporting us and purchasing dress from our site. We usually collect a part of shipping fee when the customer ordering. That's say, the actual shipping fee is higher than the fee you paid. What's more, we also enjoy the discounted price of cooperating with express companies. If you returned, the shipping fee is higher, about £30 I guess. If any problems on the way, you will lose the cost of the dress. One of our customer indeed encountered this, so we can't suggest you to take the risk. Still hope you can consider our direct refund and we try to solve this standing your view. So how about this, we refund you £ 25 directly and you can keep the dress for resale. This way can let you recover the cost and also needn't take extra risk and time. Could you accept? Still trying to returnn2 bridesmaid dresses luckily I used Klarna and so haven't paid anything yet. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are not based in the UK, they have asked me to sell my 2 dresses and offered me a voucher to buy a 3rd. Disgusting and terrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This place is really stingy and if you would like to return your dress they offer $20 for compensation. My dress came in and the sewing marks were everywhere and look overall horrible , they were glue marks on it and it was very obvious it was poorly made. Try to ignore buying from this company

Ordered a dress was way to small. Cost me over £100. They do not answer emails after I raised a ticket for a return. Scam, scam, do not order anything. They won't give you return address simply ignore you. Absolutely disgusting need reporting.

I regret to say that my recent experience with STACEES has been extremely disappointing. My sister purchased a wedding dress from your company, expecting a smooth process as promised by your policies, only to encounter a series of issues that have left us deeply dissatisfied. First and foremost, despite assurances regarding returns and refunds for "off the shelf" dresses that do not fit, we have been met with significant delays and obstacles in processing a return for the ill-fitting dress my sister received. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for assistance, including email correspondence and chat messages, the response has been inadequate and unhelpful. The lack of urgency in addressing this matter is particularly distressing, considering the time-sensitive nature of wedding preparations. My sister, understandably distraught, requires a refund to procure a wedding dress that fits properly. However, the delay in processing the return has hindered her ability to move forward with her wedding plans, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Despite our clear communication and adherence to your company's stated policy, which promises returns and refunds for unfit dresses, we have yet to receive the necessary returns label and refund commitment within the specified timeframe. This failure to uphold your own promises reflects poorly on the integrity and reliability of STACEES. In light of these disappointing circumstances, I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with others considering purchasing from STACEES. It is important for potential customers to be aware of the discrepancies between the promises made by STACEES regarding returns and refunds and the actual experience faced by consumers like myself and my sister. I purchased a bridesmaids dress and checked all the measurements before order. Once the dress arrived the quality was really poor and stitching undone in various places so it was totally unacceptable quality to use. I immediately raised a ticket with them and sent them photo's. They have refused to provide me with a returns address, only offering me £20 credit. Absolutely disgusting service! I have been emailing back and forth with them for weeks now, and they keep telling me the dress is good, totally ignoring my requests to return for a full refund. They are nothing but scammers taking your money and sending poor quality dresses. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THEM - THERE IS NO RETURNS SERVICE!! I will be reporting them to trading standards as it appears they treat all their customers like this. I have also raised a dispute via my bank as i am not willing to let this go.
