Disgusting customer service - no returns This company will not let me return a dress, exchanged many emails like the one below - disgusting service - Stacees (Stacees) 24 Feb 2024, 10:15 GMT+8 Hi, Thanks for your time. Thank you very much for supporting us and purchasing dress from our site. We usually collect a part of shipping fee when the customer ordering. That's say, the actual shipping fee is higher than the fee you paid. What's more, we also enjoy the discounted price of cooperating with express companies. If you returned, the shipping fee is higher, about £30 I guess. If any problems on the way, you will lose the cost of the dress. One of our customer indeed encountered this, so we can't suggest you to take the risk. Still hope you can consider our direct refund and we try to solve this standing your view. So how about this, we refund you £ 25 directly and you can keep the dress for resale. This way can let you recover the cost and also needn't take extra risk and time. Could you accept? Still trying to returnn2 bridesmaid dresses luckily I used Klarna and so haven't paid anything yet. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are not based in the UK, they have asked me to sell my 2 dresses and offered me a voucher to buy a 3rd. Disgusting and terrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This place is really stingy and if you would like to return your dress they offer $20 for compensation. My dress came in and the sewing marks were everywhere and look overall horrible , they were glue marks on it and it was very obvious it was poorly made. Try to ignore buying from this company

Please do not touch this company… I am still waiting for the credit promised by Stacees, as it was a poor fit. I have written over a hundred emails since September, I do not believe a word they say anymore…

Absolute shocking place to buy a dress very unprofessional! I got in contact to return the dress as I didn't like it and the wouldn't give me a refund they told me to RE SELL the dress people who read this DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP EVER

Ordered a dress was way to small. Cost me over £100. They do not answer emails after I raised a ticket for a return. Scam, scam, do not order anything. They won't give you return address simply ignore you. Absolutely disgusting need reporting.

I regret to say that my recent experience with STACEES has been extremely disappointing. My sister purchased a wedding dress from your company, expecting a smooth process as promised by your policies, only to encounter a series of issues that have left us deeply dissatisfied. First and foremost, despite assurances regarding returns and refunds for "off the shelf" dresses that do not fit, we have been met with significant delays and obstacles in processing a return for the ill-fitting dress my sister received. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for assistance, including email correspondence and chat messages, the response has been inadequate and unhelpful. The lack of urgency in addressing this matter is particularly distressing, considering the time-sensitive nature of wedding preparations. My sister, understandably distraught, requires a refund to procure a wedding dress that fits properly. However, the delay in processing the return has hindered her ability to move forward with her wedding plans, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Despite our clear communication and adherence to your company's stated policy, which promises returns and refunds for unfit dresses, we have yet to receive the necessary returns label and refund commitment within the specified timeframe. This failure to uphold your own promises reflects poorly on the integrity and reliability of STACEES. In light of these disappointing circumstances, I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with others considering purchasing from STACEES. It is important for potential customers to be aware of the discrepancies between the promises made by STACEES regarding returns and refunds and the actual experience faced by consumers like myself and my sister. I had hoped for a swift and amicable resolution to this matter, but it is evident that STACEES has failed to meet even the basic expectations of customer service and satisfaction. I purchased a bridesmaids dress and checked all the measurements before order. Once the dress arrived the quality was really poor and stitching undone in various places so it was totally unacceptable quality to use. I immediately raised a ticket with them and sent them photo's. They have refused to provide me with a returns address, only offering me £20 credit. Absolutely disgusting service! I have been emailing back and forth with them for weeks now, and they keep telling me the dress is good, totally ignoring my requests to return for a full refund. They are nothing but scammers taking your money and sending poor quality dresses. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THEM - THERE IS NO RETURNS SERVICE!! I will be reporting them to trading standards as it appears they treat all their customers like this. I have also raised a dispute via my bank as i am not willing to let this go.

Think it might be time for a call to the BBB this company is awful. They have not gotten back to me regarding a return due to a dress that was nothing like advertised size color and design were different then advertised. It appears this is common practice for them UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! buying from this sight. I ordered a bag for my granddaughters prom. Once I placed order I realised I had ordered wrong colour. I emailed them within 10mins after placing order to have the colour changed. They replied the following morning saying my order was in the hands of the inspector. It hadn't been dispatched. I then emailed again to cancel order and have money put into my bank. Never heard back for another few days to them email saying bag has been dispatched. Must be delivering it by foot as it still hasn't arrived. I wish my granddaughter had read the reviews on this site then this could have been avoided. I am going to contact my bank to see if they can help in getting me my money back.

Do not buy I ordered standard size Doesn’t fit So much hassle and are refusing to send me return details Keep offering me money and telling me to buy at a local market They have no intention of refunding me I have raised a dispute with my bank so hopefully I get money back

Worse company ever. Dont buy anything from them.Bought my grand daughter's prom dress from them for 112.00 including shipping. Refused to take it back per their policy. Offered her 10.00 and stated she might be able to get 40.00 on the secondary market.

I ordered a dress on behalf of a friend and even after checking several times that she was ordering correctly it arrived only to not fit at all. I have been trying on her behalf for a while now to organise a refund but they either refuse to provide a return address or come up with ridiculous offers that would leave her out of pocket. They even had the nerve to offer to remake at a cost of £40!!!!!! Why should she pay more when they couldn't even make it properly in the first place. Wish I had seen the reviews first would then never have ordered. Would definitely not recommend this company. Wish I could give no stars as that is all they deserve.

The dress arrived apparently a size 10 so small I couldn't squeeze in it more like an 8 . And I immediately bagged it all back up and followed the return instructions only to be told they don't do refunds. Which is actually Don't use this company

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The dress they sent me looked NOTHING like the pictures. It was ugly, not the color I order, did not fit like a size 2, not the style I ordered, material was not good, and there were defined pleats in the front which bunched up like nobody’s business. It was UGLY. They have been nothing but difficult in trying to get a resolution after sending me a totally wrong dress!!! Did not refund my money, customer service is horrible and sent me back and forth for over 2 weeks. I also read other reviews on the internet that this company is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I would give them 0 stars if I could. Horrible company. SCAM!!!
