“Very disappointed in the product because I cannot wear it, given that the dye inside the slippers comes off and my toes are black afterwards. Very hard to wash off.”

“I brought a Armani jeans for £130 was a awful fit it’s not as it explains online also it did not fit me and I did not get a free label to send it back I had to pay £4 for postage rubbish will never use this company again you people don’t use this book place”

“It seems that they do not inspect product when they dispatch. they have sent product with defect. Can not full refund but only 10% refund. It is £130 cloth”

“I sent an email on 1/11 regarding delivery address and generated no response whatsoever ! pretty annoyed as the website did not specify delivery by courier service only. I had put down delivery to a parcel locker in Australia, which couriers won't have access to hence i sent the email to try to fix it. I can see from tracking history that your courier has been trying to make delivery unsuccessfully ! someone need to call me before the parcel is return to the UK ! thank you”

“Took my money for an item that wasn’t in stock. After 3 days chasing customer services (as I hadn’t received a confirmation / dispatch email) I was finally informed of the stock issue. No reason was given for the mistake, just a brief apology and my money was refunded.”
