Won't be buying again!!! This company advertises free delivery on items over a certain price, Not the case if you return item as delivery charges then subtracted from your refund..

I ordered a pair of chinos, which did not like, when returning them, Stuart’s London did not refund me the full amount payed, The Price without postage was £120 only refunded £116.05 unsure why they have not answered my email, still awaiting an explanation and the rest of the refund.

Had to pay £4.95 to return my item then a further £3.95 was deducted from my refund for delivery which I got free so £9 out of pocket

Ordered an item, notice of dispatch received then a follow up saying they had cancelled it as they'd made a error with pricing - not my fault and all I received back was a series of emails fobbing me off. Long time customer now last time customer. Very poor customer experience.

Will tell you exactly what happened, but Stuarts (particularly rude Trevor) will come up with some rubbish! Ordered an item on a Thursday evening on next day delivery. Didn't end up getting the item until the following Thursday. I first asked why I didn't get it by Saturday and they said if you ordered on a Thursday next day delivery would not be until a Monday (very strange). When I didn't receive it on the Tuesday I phoned only to find out that they had some very bizarre postcode on the system which was nothing like mine! Trevor tried to tell me that I must have put it in. I can 100 percent categorically tell you I did not. I wanted this present for Fathers Day. After going backwards and forwards, Trevor would not admit it was there companies fault and refused to give me my next day delivery cost back I did receive it a week later. You would have thought out of good will they would give you the postage, but no Trevor just continued to be rude! I am also going to put this review on Trust Pilot as I fear they will come up with some rubbish and as said I am 100 percent telling the truth!!

Dear Tracy It’s not very often we get a review as this, and I am deeply sorry that your experience was awful from what I am reading. A refund of postage will surely be made, as the service paid for wasn’t fulfilled by the courier. As for the other comments , I will investigate everything from start to finish and email you back. This hasn’t gone unnoticed and we truly value all our customers and their experience. Please give me until the end of the week to see what has occurred with this particular order and the correspondence between your good self and Trevor. I paid for a delivery service,and was given a 4 hour window-I waited in for over 4 hours and the parcel didn't arrive on time.I went out,and while out had a card delivered saying they had attempted to deliver(outside the specified time)so I had to pay for further re-delivery on another date.If they cannot honour a delivery time,they shouldn't offer them-if I pay for a service,i expect to receive it

DHL is the worst delivery company on the planet. They have “attempted” delivery twice in which the driver didn’t leave with the leasing office. Still waiting delivery but I won’t get my hopes up. I won’t order from Stuart’s again unless they use Fedex.

Absolute shambles, ordered item. Another order came within the package. Had someone else’s billing details address etc. My order went to him. Had to print a label and repost on the company’s behalf. Will not use again

I got a defective product with damage and sent pictures and the customer support rep just replied with I can’t see the damage, not helpful at all.

Very poor, yes, correct we received the item wrong and no easy assistance for the refund. in my opinion you have to improve a lot your online sale department . reagards Nicola

Dear Nicola A free returns was offered - from Italy, Which was used. As soon as the product came back a refund was processed. We do apologise about our error on sending out the incorrect size.
