“It seems that they do not inspect product when they dispatch. they have sent product with defect. Can not full refund but only 10% refund. It is £130 cloth”

“Fuming!! Ordered a pair of nike 95s, they came on time packaged very well but didn’t get my free shank and burner phone? My mandem have been abusing me all week:( mums rang up so well see what comes out of this😡”

“I sent an email on 1/11 regarding delivery address and generated no response whatsoever ! pretty annoyed as the website did not specify delivery by courier service only. I had put down delivery to a parcel locker in Australia, which couriers won't have access to hence i sent the email to try to fix it. I can see from tracking history that your courier has been trying to make delivery unsuccessfully ! someone need to call me before the parcel is return to the UK ! thank you”

“Took my money for an item that wasn’t in stock. After 3 days chasing customer services (as I hadn’t received a confirmation / dispatch email) I was finally informed of the stock issue. No reason was given for the mistake, just a brief apology and my money was refunded.”

“I ordered a pair of chinos, which did not like, when returning them, Stuart’s London did not refund me the full amount payed, The Price without postage was £120 only refunded £116.05 unsure why they have not answered my email, still awaiting an explanation and the rest of the refund.”

“Had to pay £4.95 to return my item then a further £3.95 was deducted from my refund for delivery which I got free so £9 out of pocket”
